考慮施工誤差的系桿拱橋吊桿索力分析研究

【摘要】:系桿拱橋具有跨越能力強(qiáng)、整體自重小、經(jīng)濟(jì)美觀等特點(diǎn),在工程中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。系桿拱橋由拱肋、主梁和吊桿三部分組成。吊桿作為連接主梁和拱肋的傳力構(gòu)件,其張拉力的變化直接影響結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分配,因此確定合理的吊桿索力至關(guān)重要。本文以南昌市九龍大道立交橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘?研究確定九龍大道立交橋合理成橋索力,以及考慮施工誤差情況下合理施工狀態(tài)的吊桿張拉力分布,主要工作和研究成果如下: 1.回顧系桿拱橋的發(fā)展歷史和研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了其結(jié)構(gòu)和受力特點(diǎn),闡述了系桿拱橋合理成橋狀態(tài)和合理施工狀態(tài)的概念。 2.分析用剛性支承連續(xù)梁狀態(tài)作為系桿拱橋合理成橋狀態(tài)的可行性,提出了以主梁關(guān)心截面的位移作為索力調(diào)整的目標(biāo)函數(shù),結(jié)合影響矩陣法確定系桿拱橋合理成橋索力的方法。 3.利用正裝分析法對(duì)施工各個(gè)階段進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算分析,為了使仿真計(jì)算模型更好的模擬實(shí)際施工,考慮一定的施工誤差,提出了以各階段吊桿索力為性能控制目標(biāo),結(jié)合影響矩陣法確定系桿拱橋合理施工索力的方法。 4.提出的確定合理成橋索力方法和合理施工索力方法簡(jiǎn)單、方便,同時(shí)考慮了施工誤差,使理論計(jì)算更接近施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況。該方法用于南昌九龍大道立交橋吊桿索力調(diào)整的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工,結(jié)果表明本文的索力調(diào)整方法切實(shí)可行,對(duì)系桿拱橋的吊桿張拉施工具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Tied arch bridge is widely used in engineering because of its strong span ability, small overall weight, economic beauty and so on. Tied arch bridge is composed of arch rib, main beam and suspender. As the force transfer member connecting the main beam and arch rib, the change of the tension directly affects the distribution of the internal force of the structure, so it is very important to determine the rational cable force of the suspender. Taking the Jiulong Avenue overpass of Nanchang City as the engineering background, this paper studies and determines the rational cable force of the Jiulong Avenue overpass and the distribution of the tension distribution of the suspender under the reasonable construction condition considering the construction error. The main work and research results are as follows: 1. This paper reviews the development history and research status of tied arch bridge, introduces its structure and stress characteristics, and expounds the concept of reasonable bridge state and reasonable construction state of tied arch bridge. 2. This paper analyzes the feasibility of using the state of rigid supported continuous beam as the reasonable bridge state of tied arch bridge, and puts forward a method to determine the rational cable force of tied arch bridge by using the displacement of the main beam concerned section as the objective function of cable force adjustment and the method of influence matrix. 3. In order to make the simulation model better simulate the actual construction and consider the certain construction error, the performance control goal of the cable force of the suspenders in each stage is put forward. The method of determining the rational construction cable force of tied arch bridge with influence matrix method. 4. The proposed method is simple and convenient to determine the rational cable force of the bridge and the reasonable construction cable force. At the same time, the construction error is taken into account so that the theoretical calculation is closer to the actual situation of the construction site. The method is applied to the field construction of cable force adjustment of suspension rod of Jiulong Avenue flyover in Nanchang. The results show that the method of cable force adjustment in this paper is feasible and has guiding significance for the construction of suspender tension of tied arch bridge.
