高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全設(shè)施設(shè)置技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)高速公路的快速發(fā)展,交通事故也在不斷增加。高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段特大交通事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,己經(jīng)引起了社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。為了提高高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段交通安全狀況,分析交通事故的機(jī)理,合理設(shè)置系統(tǒng)的交通安全設(shè)施,形成科學(xué)完整的交通安全保障體系是最現(xiàn)實(shí)、最有效地措施。 論文在搜集相關(guān)資料和研宄文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,,對(duì)高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全性進(jìn)行分析,指出駕駛員、車輛、道路條件和交通環(huán)境對(duì)交通事故的影響。探討交通事故發(fā)生的成因及機(jī)理,找出目前高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全設(shè)施存在的問(wèn)題。結(jié)合高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段駕駛員、車輛、道路條件和交通環(huán)境等特性,提出高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全設(shè)施設(shè)置技術(shù)的總體設(shè)計(jì)思路。通過(guò)分析高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段上安全設(shè)施與交通事故次數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,建立了高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全設(shè)施的安全保障度模型。根據(jù)高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全設(shè)施設(shè)置總體設(shè)計(jì)思路,確定包括交通標(biāo)志標(biāo)線設(shè)計(jì)、幾何線形設(shè)計(jì)、減速護(hù)欄設(shè)計(jì)、管理與服務(wù)設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)、避險(xiǎn)車道設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí),建立了高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全設(shè)施系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)模型,作為氋速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段交通安全設(shè)施設(shè)置技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及安全預(yù)警依據(jù)。針對(duì)滬渝高速石柱至冷水段連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡安全保障工程設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì),做出具體的交通安全設(shè)施保障措施,以期降低交通事故的發(fā)生率。 本文的研究最大限度的發(fā)揮高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段交通安全設(shè)施的功能,保障高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段安全平穩(wěn)行車,推動(dòng)高速公路連續(xù)長(zhǎng)下坡路段交通安全狀況的改善,具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of highway in China, traffic accidents are also increasing. Serious traffic accidents occur frequently in long downhill section of expressway, which has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. In order to improve the traffic safety condition of continuous downhill section of expressway, analyze the mechanism of traffic accident, reasonably set up systematic traffic safety facilities, and form a scientific and complete traffic safety guarantee system is the most realistic and effective measure. On the basis of collecting relevant data and researching literature, the paper analyzes the safety of continuous downhill section of expressway, and points out the influence of driver, vehicle, road condition and traffic environment on traffic accident. This paper probes into the causes and mechanism of traffic accidents and finds out the problems existing in the safety facilities of the continuous downhill section of the expressway at present. Combined with the characteristics of drivers, vehicles, road conditions and traffic environment of continuous long downhill section of expressway, the overall design idea of setting up safety facilities for continuous downhill section of expressway is put forward. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the safety facilities and the number of traffic accidents on the continuous downhill section of the expressway, the safety guarantee degree model of the safety facilities in the continuous downhill section of the expressway is established. According to the overall design idea of setting safety facilities in continuous long downhill section of expressway, it is determined to include traffic sign marking design, geometric alignment design, deceleration guardrail design, management and service facility design, The design standard of the content such as the design of the safe haven lane. At the same time, a systematic evaluation model of safety facilities in continuous downhill section of expressway is established, which can be used as the technical standard of setting up traffic safety facilities and the basis of safety warning for continuous downhill section of highway with high speed. Aiming at the design of the safety and security engineering facilities of the continuous downhill slope in the section between stone columns and cold water of the Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway, concrete measures are made to ensure the traffic safety facilities in order to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents. The research in this paper maximizes the function of the traffic safety facilities in the continuous downhill section of the expressway, ensures the safe and steady driving of the continuous long downhill section of the expressway, and promotes the improvement of the traffic safety condition of the continuous long downhill section of the expressway. It has very important theoretical and practical significance.
