【摘要】:當(dāng)前公路隧道在我國(guó)發(fā)展速度很快,數(shù)量急劇增加,與此同時(shí),大量的公路隧道出現(xiàn)了各種病害問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的安全和隧道的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)造成巨大的影響,因此,對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)價(jià)的研究顯得尤為重要,本文主要以蘭海高速麻崖子隧道為依托,針對(duì)其三種不同圍巖級(jí)別下的支護(hù)形式,建立相應(yīng)的ANSYS有限元模型。計(jì)算存在問(wèn)題斷面的隧道結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力,依據(jù)隧道的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力和安全系數(shù)對(duì)隧道進(jìn)行安全性評(píng)價(jià),最后再對(duì)隧道安全的可靠性進(jìn)行分析。提出合理可行的安全對(duì)策措施,為今后類(lèi)似地區(qū)隧道工程的設(shè)計(jì)、施工提供借鑒。本文的思路如下: (1)整理麻崖子隧道質(zhì)量檢測(cè)得到的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),挑取檢測(cè)過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不符合規(guī)范的斷面,以及出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重病害的問(wèn)題斷面。通過(guò)這些數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的安全做初步的了解。 (2)利用ANSYS有限元分析軟件建立隧道結(jié)構(gòu)模型,確定之前挑取出的問(wèn)題斷面參數(shù),針對(duì)各個(gè)斷面的具體問(wèn)題,計(jì)算其結(jié)內(nèi)力,通過(guò)得到的內(nèi)力計(jì)算出隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的安全系數(shù),對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)做安全性評(píng)價(jià)。 (3)應(yīng)用ANSYS有限元分析軟件中的PDS模塊,應(yīng)用蒙特卡羅中的拉丁超立方法分析隧道的襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的安全可靠性。 通過(guò)上述分析得到了一下的主要結(jié)論: (1)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)價(jià)中,隧道的初期支護(hù)和二次襯砌厚度對(duì)隧道安全性有一定的影響,當(dāng)厚度與規(guī)定值相差不大時(shí),安全系數(shù)仍然可以滿(mǎn)足規(guī)范要求,,但是初期支護(hù)也圍巖之間、二次襯砌與初期支護(hù)之間的空洞對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性影響較大,安全系數(shù)較低僅為0.51。 (2)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠度分析中,二次襯砌的最大彎曲拉應(yīng)力和最大彎曲及偏心受壓應(yīng)力的可靠度均為95%,處于安全狀態(tài)。對(duì)隧道二次襯砌靈敏度計(jì)算后得到:對(duì)二次襯砌彎曲拉應(yīng)力和彎曲偏心受壓應(yīng)力影響較大的隨機(jī)變量是二次襯砌的厚度,秩相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為:-0.9672和0.9667。
[Abstract]:At the same time , the development speed of tunnel in China is very fast and the quantity is increasing rapidly . At the same time , a lot of highway tunnels have various disease problems . These problems have great influence on the safety of tunnel structure and the normal operation of the tunnel . Therefore , the tunnel structure internal force of the problem section is calculated . According to the structure internal force and safety factor of the tunnel , the safety evaluation of the tunnel is carried out . Finally , the reliability of tunnel safety is analyzed . The reasonable and feasible measures are put forward to provide reference for the design and construction of tunnel engineering in similar areas in the future . The thinking of this paper is as follows :

( 1 ) Collect the site data obtained from the quality inspection of the tunnel quality , pick out the cross - section found in the inspection process and the cross - section of the serious disease , and make a preliminary understanding of the safety of the tunnel structure through these data .

( 2 ) establishing the tunnel structure model by using ANSYS finite element analysis software , determining the problem section parameters taken out before , calculating the internal force of the tunnel aiming at the specific problems of each section , calculating the safety factor of the tunnel structure through the obtained internal force , and carrying out safety evaluation on the tunnel structure .

( 3 ) Using the PDS module in ANSYS finite element analysis software , the safety and reliability of the lining structure of the tunnel are analyzed by using the Latin hyperstand method in Monte Carlo .

Through the above analysis , the main conclusions are as follows :

( 1 ) In the safety evaluation of tunnel structure , the initial support and secondary lining thickness of the tunnel have some influence on the safety of the tunnel . When the thickness is different from the specified value , the safety factor can still meet the specification requirement , but the initial support is also between the surrounding rock , and the cavity between the secondary lining and the initial support has great influence on the safety of the tunnel structure , and the safety factor is only 0.51 .

( 2 ) In the reliability analysis of tunnel structure , the maximum bending tensile stress and the maximum bending of the secondary lining and the reliability of the eccentric compressive stress are 95 % and are in a safe state . After calculation of the sensitivity of the secondary lining of the tunnel , the random variables which have great influence on the bending tensile stress and the bending eccentric compressive stress of the secondary lining are the thickness of the secondary lining , and the rank correlation coefficient is - 0.996 72 and 0.996 67 respectively .
