【摘要】:節(jié)段預(yù)制式體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋相對(duì)整體預(yù)制式體內(nèi)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋,具有比較突出的優(yōu)勢(shì),在國(guó)外已有不少的工程實(shí)例,在我國(guó)一些大橋的引橋和軌道交通橋梁中也逐漸被采用。已有的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究結(jié)果表明,混合配束節(jié)段梁的抗彎承載力和延性比全體外配束的節(jié)段梁要好,體內(nèi)束能抑制接縫的張開(kāi)和裂縫的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而提高節(jié)段梁的抗剪承載力。但先前的研究沒(méi)有針對(duì)體內(nèi)束是無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力束且混合配束的干接縫節(jié)段梁試驗(yàn)研究,為了促進(jìn)混合配束節(jié)段預(yù)制混凝土橋梁的應(yīng)用,本文在總結(jié)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)節(jié)段預(yù)制體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,依托廣州市科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目(2008J1-C201)“體外預(yù)應(yīng)力節(jié)段施工新技術(shù)研究”,通過(guò)理論分析比較、模型試驗(yàn)和簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法的驗(yàn)算對(duì)比這三方面對(duì)節(jié)段預(yù)制混合配束體內(nèi)無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力干接縫混凝土梁的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下三個(gè)方面: (1)分析節(jié)段預(yù)制體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的基本力學(xué)性能,總結(jié)歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外規(guī)范及學(xué)者針對(duì)節(jié)段預(yù)制體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的抗彎和抗剪計(jì)算提出的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法,指出各種簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。 (2)以施工方法、體內(nèi)體外預(yù)應(yīng)力筋配比、剪跨比為試驗(yàn)參數(shù),進(jìn)行5根節(jié)段預(yù)制體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的縮尺模型試驗(yàn),分析以上參數(shù)對(duì)節(jié)段預(yù)制體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的裂縫狀況、撓度變化和破壞模式等的影響,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)節(jié)段預(yù)制體外預(yù)應(yīng)力干接縫混凝土梁的受力性能和破壞機(jī)理,提供建立和驗(yàn)證簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法的試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。 (3)利用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)比較計(jì)算已有的并具代表性的規(guī)范公式和簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法,為節(jié)段預(yù)制體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁在承載能力極限狀態(tài)下的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算提供初步規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The segmental prefabricated externally prestressed concrete beam bridge has a relatively prominent advantage over the whole prefabricated prestressed concrete beam bridge. There are many engineering examples abroad, which are also gradually adopted in the bridge and rail traffic bridge of some bridges in our country. The existing research results at home and abroad show that the resistance of the mixed beam joint section beam is resistant. The flexural capacity and ductility are better than that of the segmental beams that are bundled all in vitro. The bundles in the body can inhibit the opening of the joints and the development of the cracks, and thus improve the shear bearing capacity of the segmental beams. However, the previous study did not focus on the dry joint segment beam test of the unbonded tendons and mixed bundles in the body, in order to promote the mixing section prefabrication. The application of concrete bridge is on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the related research results of segmental prefabricated prestressed concrete beams, and relying on the Guangzhou science and technology project project (2008J1-C201) "new technology research on the construction of external prestressed segment construction". Through theoretical analysis and comparison, the comparison between model test and simplified calculation method is compared. In these three aspects, the mechanical properties of the unbonded prestressed dry joint concrete beams in the segmental prefabricated mixed bundles are studied. The main contents include the following three aspects:
(1) the basic mechanical properties of segmental prefabricated external prestressed concrete beams are analyzed, and the simplified calculation methods for calculation of bending and shear resistance of prestressed concrete beams of segmental prefabricated prestressed concrete beams are summarized and summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of various simplified methods are pointed out.
(2) based on the construction method, the ratio of prestressing tendons in body and body, and the shear span ratio as the test parameters, the scale model test of 5 segmental prefabricated prestressed concrete beams is carried out, and the effects of the above parameters on the crack status, deflection and breaking mode of the prefabricated concrete beams prefabricated in the segment are analyzed, and the prefabricated pre pre stress of the segmental prefabricated prestressed concrete beams is systematically summarized. The mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of the force dry joint concrete beam provide the experimental basis for establishing and verifying the simplified calculation method.
(3) using the experimental data to compare and calculate the existing and representative standard formulas and simplified calculation methods, it provides a preliminary rule for simplified calculation of prefabricated prestressed concrete beams under the limit state of bearing capacity.
