【摘要】：每一場突發(fā)事件都會(huì)遇到應(yīng)急物資的配送問題,應(yīng)急物資是否能夠準(zhǔn)確且高效地被運(yùn)送至應(yīng)急物資需求點(diǎn)是開展救援工作的關(guān)鍵。要提高整個(gè)應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)的配送效率,不僅要選擇合理的配送路徑,還應(yīng)該從應(yīng)急物資配送的前端開始研究,進(jìn)行合理的、科學(xué)的規(guī)劃,使所需的應(yīng)急物資盡量快速高效的到達(dá)應(yīng)急物資需求點(diǎn),提高整個(gè)應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)的救援效率。 本文所做的工作主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面： 文章首先結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀分析了學(xué)術(shù)界在應(yīng)急物資分類和應(yīng)急車輛配送路徑方面的研究成果,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容,即基于應(yīng)急物資分類.分批配送的應(yīng)急車輛路徑研究。并且介紹了文章用到的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)。 接著文章對應(yīng)急物資分類.分批配送模式做了闡述,并對應(yīng)急物資的分類進(jìn)行了研究,提出了基于事件.需求及時(shí)性和采購困難度兩個(gè)分類指標(biāo)的應(yīng)急物資分類,將應(yīng)急物資分為第一批配送的Ⅰ類和第二批配送的Ⅱ類兩類物資。 然后針對配送批次不同的兩類應(yīng)急物資分別建立了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)急車輛路徑模型,第一批配送的Ⅰ類應(yīng)急物資考慮應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)時(shí)間和駕駛員個(gè)人行為因素的VRP模型和第二批配送的Ⅱ類應(yīng)急物資考慮應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)時(shí)間和成本的VRP模型。 最后以雅安地震為背景設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)算例來驗(yàn)證前兩章研究內(nèi)容的合理性。在文章的結(jié)尾對全文做了一個(gè)小節(jié),指出了本文研究的不足之處,并對進(jìn)一步的研究做了展望。
[Abstract]:Every emergency will encounter the problem of emergency material distribution. Whether the emergency material can be delivered to the emergency material demand point accurately and efficiently is the key to carry out the rescue work. In order to improve the distribution efficiency of the whole emergency logistics system, we should not only choose a reasonable distribution path, but also start the research from the front end of the emergency material distribution, and carry out reasonable and scientific planning. The emergency materials can reach the emergency material demand point quickly and efficiently, and improve the rescue efficiency of the whole emergency logistics system. The work done in this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Firstly, this paper analyzes the research results of emergency material classification and emergency vehicle distribution route in the academic field, and puts forward the research content of this paper based on the former research, that is, emergency material classification. Research on Emergency vehicle routing in batch Distribution. And introduced the relevant theoretical knowledge used in the article. Then the article classifies the emergency materials. The mode of batch distribution is expounded, the classification of emergency materials is studied, and an event-based approach is proposed. According to the classification of emergency materials, the emergency materials can be divided into two categories: the first group and the second group. Then the corresponding emergency vehicle routing model is established for the two types of emergency materials with different distribution batches. The VRP model for the first batch of emergency materials and the VRP model for the second batch considering the time and cost of the emergency logistics system. Finally, an example is designed to verify the rationality of the previous two chapters. At the end of this paper, a section is made to point out the inadequacies of this paper, and the further research is prospected.
