濕熱地區(qū)路用改性瀝青性能與技術(shù)指標(biāo)研究

【摘要】:濕熱地區(qū)瀝青路面受到高溫、重載、降雨等諸多不利外部條件的挑戰(zhàn),高性能改性瀝青的使用是保障路面性能的重要措施。如何做到因地制宜的選擇改性瀝青,準(zhǔn)確把握控制各類改性瀝青的技術(shù)指標(biāo),是改性瀝青應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵。鑒于以上,本文選擇多種典型代表高粘瀝青、膠粉改性瀝青、新型摻合類改性瀝青,開展了各類改性瀝青技術(shù)特性、技術(shù)指標(biāo)值域分布的室內(nèi)試驗研究,進(jìn)而結(jié)合濕熱地區(qū)路面工程的技術(shù)特點,深入揭示各類改性瀝青的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)特性、提出關(guān)鍵控制技術(shù)指標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),研究具體成果與結(jié)論如下:開展了11種(5種成品、6種自制)高粘改性瀝青性能普查,結(jié)果表明高粘改性瀝青指標(biāo)總體較基質(zhì)瀝青有顯著提高,但易出現(xiàn)針入度偏小和60℃動力粘度指標(biāo)性能不穩(wěn)定的情況。溫度掃描顯示,成品高粘改性瀝青主要改善了瀝青在較高溫(約60℃以上)的抗車轍能力,而在60℃以下的抗車轍能力較低,甚至不及基質(zhì)瀝青;頻率掃描發(fā)現(xiàn),高粘改性瀝青總體具有更好的抗車轍能力,頻率越高抗車轍能力越強(qiáng)。常規(guī)指標(biāo)(軟化點、當(dāng)量軟化點、60℃動力粘度、135℃粘度、170℃粘度)與車轍因子的相關(guān)性研究表明,60℃動力粘度與車轍因子具有較好的相關(guān)性。試驗研究表明,膠粉對于改善瀝青高低溫性能、抗老化性能、彈性恢復(fù)性能和抗車轍能力等方面均有利,不同瀝青性能對應(yīng)的改性最優(yōu)目數(shù)并不相同。膠粉復(fù)合改性最主要提高了瀝青的5℃延度、25℃粘韌性和韌性以及60℃動力粘度值,硫磺對于膠粉、SBS復(fù)合改性瀝青的抗車轍不和。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),摻加硅藻土或湖瀝青,總體改善瀝青的高溫性能和抗老化性能。但硅藻土對于不同頻率下車轍因子有降低作用,摻加湖瀝青對于延度不利;直接撒布硅藻土對粘層的抗剪切和抗拉拔性能極為不利。以上研究表明,單一指標(biāo)往往無法反映改性瀝青的總體性能,總體掃描檢驗往往十分必要。瀝青改性對于各個指標(biāo)的改變效果往往并不均衡,甚至反向,需要結(jié)合具體需求,選擇具體的改性方法和材料;谝陨舷嚓P(guān)試驗結(jié)果和分析,綜合國內(nèi)外已有研究,最后推薦了濕熱地區(qū)改性瀝青的技術(shù)指標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement in humid and hot area is challenged by many unfavorable external conditions, such as high temperature, heavy load, rainfall and so on. The use of high performance modified asphalt is an important measure to ensure pavement performance. How to select modified asphalt according to local conditions and accurately grasp the technical index of various modified asphalt is the key to the application of modified asphalt. In view of the above, this paper selected a variety of typical high viscosity asphalt, rubber powder modified asphalt, new mixed modified asphalt, the technical characteristics of all kinds of modified asphalt, technical index range distribution of laboratory test research, Combined with the technical characteristics of pavement engineering in humid and hot areas, the key technical characteristics of all kinds of modified asphalt are revealed in depth, and the key control technical indexes and standards are put forward. The research results and conclusions are as follows: 11 kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt with 5 kinds of finished products and 6 kinds of self-made ones are investigated.
