汽車衡電子秤系統(tǒng)軟件的改造升級

【摘要】:為了適應(yīng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的信息化系統(tǒng)也不斷發(fā)展完善。這種完善的過程是,提出問題解決問題的過程。本文討論了我公司在部分外庫使用的汽車衡電子秤系統(tǒng),經(jīng)過對秤單出錯情況分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)很多錯誤是由于人為因素導(dǎo)致的,因此提出對汽車衡電子秤系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造。該系統(tǒng)需要完善的地方有:稱重系統(tǒng)能完成單點(diǎn)稱重任務(wù),但不具備聯(lián)網(wǎng)稱重功能,缺乏靈活性;稱重系統(tǒng)與視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)不能協(xié)同工作,秤單信息沒有對應(yīng)的車輛過秤圖片;稱重系統(tǒng)沒有記錄日志信息,不便于分析問題;稱重系統(tǒng)依靠人工判斷車輛是否停穩(wěn)等。 本文的研究課題是在原有汽車衡電子秤系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,對汽車衡電子秤系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行改造升級,使其具備以下新功能:可以進(jìn)行聯(lián)網(wǎng)稱重;在保存秤單信息的同時(shí),保存對應(yīng)車輛過秤時(shí)的圖片;記錄下的稱重日志信息包括,修改和刪除秤單信息的記錄、重復(fù)打印秤單的記錄,這樣便于發(fā)生問題時(shí)進(jìn)行分析;稱重系統(tǒng)自動對上秤車輛判穩(wěn)等。在軟件改造過程中,繪制了用例圖、數(shù)據(jù)流圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫整體架構(gòu)。軟件測試方面,在編程的不同階段應(yīng)用白盒測試、黑盒測試、Alpha測試、Beta測試對軟件進(jìn)行測試,以保證軟件的質(zhì)量。 經(jīng)過1年多的時(shí)間,完成了本文研究課題的內(nèi)容,改造后的系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)已投入使用,各個(gè)改造升級后的功能正常,,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。相關(guān)部門在2013年底,對秤單出錯率進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,在過秤總量與2012年相近的情況下,秤單年出錯率由0.3%降低到0.1%。說明通過使用改造后的稱重系統(tǒng)降低了秤單的出錯率。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development of enterprises, the enterprise information system is also constantly developing and improving. This perfect process is the process of putting forward a problem to solve a problem. This paper discusses the electronic scale system of automobile scale used in part of the external storehouse of our company. By analyzing the error of the scale sheet, it is found that many mistakes are caused by human factors. Therefore, the modification of the electronic scale system of automobile scale is put forward. The system needs to be perfected as follows: the weighing system can complete the single point weighing task, but it does not have the network weighing function, lacks the flexibility, the weighing system and the video surveillance system cannot work together, the weighing information does not have the corresponding vehicle weighing picture; The weighing system does not record the log information, so it is not convenient to analyze the problem, and the weighing system depends on manual to judge whether the vehicle stops or not. On the basis of the original electronic scale system of automobile scale, according to the problems found in the process of using, the software of electronic scale system of automobile scale is reformed and upgraded, which has the following new functions: it can be weighed through network; At the same time, the information of the weighing list is saved, and the pictures of the vehicle when passing the scale are saved; the information of the weighing log recorded includes modifying and deleting the record of the information of the scale, printing the record of the scale repeatedly, so as to facilitate the analysis when the problems occur. The weighing system automatically adjusts the vehicles on the scale and so on. In the process of software transformation, the use case diagram, data flow diagram and the whole structure of database are drawn. In the aspect of software testing, white box test is used in different stages of programming, and black box test Alpha test beta test is used to test the software to ensure the quality of the software. After more than one year, the contents of this thesis have been completed. The reformed system has now been put into use, the function of each revamped and upgraded system is normal, and the system is running stably. At the end of 2013, the error rate of weighing list was statistically analyzed. When the total amount of weighing was close to that of 2012, the annual error rate of weighing was reduced from 0.3% to 0.1%. It is shown that the error rate of the weigher can be reduced by using the modified weighing system.
