城市軌道公交與常規(guī)公交整合關(guān)鍵問題研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和城市化進程的推進,城市的交通需求空前高漲,這給原本供給能力有限的城市交通增加了嚴重的負擔,城市交通面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。為了解決城市中交通擁堵等交通問題,我國大部分城市都在籌建運輸能力大、運營可靠性高、節(jié)能環(huán)保的軌道公交。然而,限于軌道公交線網(wǎng)密度低、可達性差的特點,軌道公交須充分整合其他公共交通方式,如常規(guī)公交,才能使運力資源得到充分的發(fā)揮,使整個城市公共交通的運輸效率和服務(wù)水平得到提升。本文從換乘站點布設(shè)、線網(wǎng)整合以及營運協(xié)調(diào)管理三個關(guān)鍵方面研究城市軌道公交與常規(guī)公交整合問題。論文分析了軌道公交與常規(guī)公交的特性,闡明了兩者之間的關(guān)系及相互作用,提出了軌道公交與常規(guī)公交整合的思路、目標,在此基礎(chǔ)上進行三個方面的關(guān)鍵問題研究。在線網(wǎng)整合方面,論文在對軌道公交與常規(guī)公交的線形分類的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了現(xiàn)有常規(guī)公交與軌道公交線網(wǎng)整合優(yōu)化的措施與調(diào)整方法,通過計算各個站點始發(fā)的接駁路由可能為軌道公交路線所運送的最大客流量,構(gòu)建了以接駁效率最大化的目標的接駁線路建立線路布設(shè)模型;在換乘站點協(xié)調(diào)布設(shè)方面,從宏觀站位選取和微觀站點設(shè)置兩方面研究了接駁站點布設(shè)的影響因素以及布設(shè)方式;在營運管理協(xié)調(diào)方面,論文主要從公交信息整合角度,分析了軌道公交與常規(guī)公交在信息服務(wù)與調(diào)度管理方面的問題,并針對整合中目標與要求,提出了公共信息化系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計技術(shù)路線,并進行了物理框架和邏輯框架設(shè)計,以采用智能化手段提高軌道公交與常規(guī)公交整合后的營運管理能力,提高城市公共交通服務(wù)水平。最后,論文以長沙市軌道公交1號線與常規(guī)公交的整合協(xié)調(diào)為例,應(yīng)用論文所研究的整合方法及模型進行了線路及站點布設(shè)整合的實例分析,并進行評價比較,驗證了方法模型的有效性。提出了促進軌道公交與常規(guī)公交融合的政策措施。本文的研究成果對促進軌道公交與常規(guī)公交整合,提高城市公交營運效率與服務(wù)水平具有較好的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the advancement of urbanization, the demand for urban transportation is running high, which increases the serious burden on the urban transportation with limited supply capacity, and the urban transportation is faced with unprecedented challenges. In order to solve the traffic problems such as traffic congestion in cities, most cities in China are planning to build rail transit with large transportation capacity, high operational reliability, energy saving and environmental protection. However, limited to the characteristics of low density and poor accessibility of rail transit network, rail transit must fully integrate other modes of public transport, such as conventional public transport, in order to make full use of capacity resources. The transport efficiency and service level of the whole city public transportation are improved. In this paper, the integration of urban rail transit and conventional public transport is studied from three key aspects: transfer station layout, line network integration and operation coordination management. This paper analyzes the characteristics of rail transit and conventional public transport, clarifies the relationship and interaction between them, puts forward the idea and goal of the integration of rail transit and conventional public transport, and studies three key problems on this basis. On the aspect of online network integration, based on the classification of rail transit and conventional bus, the paper puts forward the measures and adjustment methods for the integration and optimization of conventional public transport and rail transit network. By calculating that the connection route initiated by each station may be the maximum passenger flow carried by the rail transit route, a line layout model with the goal of maximizing the connection efficiency is constructed, and the transfer station coordinates the layout. From two aspects of macro station selection and micro station setting, this paper studies the influence factors and layout methods of connection station layout; in the aspect of operation management coordination, the paper mainly from the perspective of bus information integration, This paper analyzes on the problems of information service and dispatching management between rail transit and conventional public transportation, and puts forward the overall design technical route of public information system, and designs the physical and logical framework for the purpose and requirement of integration. In order to improve the service level of urban public transportation, the operation and management ability of rail transit and conventional public transport should be improved by adopting intelligent means. Finally, this paper takes the integration and coordination of the No. 1 rail transit line and conventional public transport in Changsha as an example, and applies the integration methods and models studied in the paper to analyze the example of line and station layout integration, and to evaluate and compare. The validity of the model is verified. The policies and measures to promote the integration of rail transit and conventional public transport are put forward. The research results of this paper have good guiding significance to promote the integration of rail transit and conventional public transport, and to improve the efficiency and service level of urban public transport.
