城市住宅項目交通影響評價系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:近年來,由于我國經(jīng)濟社會持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展,城市化進程日益加快,刺激了城市土地的開發(fā)強度。高強度土地開發(fā)導致了城市交通供需失衡,加劇了土地開發(fā)與交通系統(tǒng)間的矛盾。交通影響評價正是協(xié)調(diào)此矛盾的有效手段,從而避免了城市土地無度開發(fā)利用導致城市交通環(huán)境惡化的現(xiàn)象。住宅類建設(shè)項目始終是城市土地開發(fā)的重點和熱點,其開發(fā)量大,土地利用率高,人口高度集中,與其他類型開發(fā)項目的交通發(fā)生規(guī)律有較大差異,是城市重要的交通發(fā)生源。所以,對住宅項目交通影響評價技術(shù)方法研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文深入分析了住宅用地的交通特性及其與城市交通間的互動關(guān)系;根據(jù)我國交評工作現(xiàn)狀提出了住宅項目交通影響評價流程;針對住宅項目交通影響評價中閾值、影響范圍、交通需求預(yù)測等關(guān)鍵問題逐一解析,并提出了合適的解決方法;建立了住宅項目交通影響程度多指標評定體系,在運用層次分析法確定各指標權(quán)重的基礎(chǔ)上,以多指標性能參數(shù)的綜合物元模型評定住宅項目交通影響程度。 由于GIS強大的空間分析能力,可服務(wù)于交通影響評價工作中空間數(shù)據(jù)的分析和處理,本文在對住宅項目交通影響評價關(guān)鍵技術(shù)理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,基于GIS建立了交通影響評價信息系統(tǒng),并對系統(tǒng)進行了功能需求分析和數(shù)據(jù)流分析。利用基于GIS的交通規(guī)劃軟件TransCAD的二次開發(fā)功能GISDK與VB結(jié)合,開發(fā)了住宅項目交通影響評價系統(tǒng)軟件,實現(xiàn)了交通影響程度的定量化評價,極大的減少了交評工作中人工分析處理數(shù)據(jù)的工作量,提高了工作效率,同時也使得評價結(jié)果更加的精準、可靠。 最后,對住宅項目交通影響評價的研究工作進行了總結(jié),并提出了本文中存在的不足,展望了交通影響評價進一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the sustained and rapid development of our country's economy and society, the process of urbanization is accelerating day by day, which stimulates the intensity of urban land development. High-intensity land development leads to the imbalance between urban traffic supply and demand and intensifies the contradiction between land development and transportation system. Traffic impact assessment (TIA) is an effective means to coordinate this contradiction, thus avoiding the phenomenon that urban land exploitation and utilization lead to the deterioration of urban traffic environment. Residential construction projects have always been the focus and hot spot of urban land development. They have a large amount of development, high land use ratio, highly concentrated population, and are different from other types of development projects in traffic occurrence law, which is an important source of urban traffic. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study the technical method of residential project traffic impact assessment. This paper deeply analyzes the traffic characteristics of residential land and its interaction with urban traffic. According to the current situation of traffic evaluation in China, the paper puts forward the flow of traffic impact assessment of residential projects, as well as the threshold value and influence range in traffic impact assessment of residential projects. The key problems, such as traffic demand prediction, are analyzed one by one, and appropriate solutions are put forward, and a multi-index evaluation system for the traffic impact degree of residential projects is established, which is based on the use of AHP to determine the weight of each index. The comprehensive matter-element model with multiple performance parameters is used to evaluate the degree of traffic impact of residential projects. Because of the strong spatial analysis ability of GIS, it can be used in the analysis and processing of spatial data in traffic impact assessment. The traffic impact assessment information system is established based on GIS, and the function requirement analysis and data flow analysis of the system are carried out. Using the secondary development function of GIS based traffic planning software TransCAD GISDK and VB, a residential project traffic impact assessment system software is developed, which realizes the quantitative evaluation of traffic impact degree. It greatly reduces the workload of manual analysis and processing of data, improves the work efficiency, and makes the evaluation results more accurate and reliable. Finally, the research work of traffic impact assessment of residential projects is summarized, and the shortcomings of this paper are put forward, and the further research direction of traffic impact assessment is prospected.
