【摘要】:在交通生活中,人、車(chē)、路、環(huán)境是影響交通安全的四個(gè)重要因素,因此建立一種有效的交通安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)上述因素的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)和及時(shí)預(yù)警,從而指導(dǎo)駕駛者安全駕駛以及交通管理部門(mén)的有效管理,是智能交通領(lǐng)域的研究重點(diǎn)之一。論文結(jié)合機(jī)器視覺(jué)感知、模式識(shí)別、信息融合等技術(shù),提出了一種基于交通視頻檢測(cè)的交通預(yù)警系統(tǒng)方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)影響交通安全的異常事件的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)和主要交通參數(shù)的提取,并對(duì)駕駛者及時(shí)發(fā)出安全預(yù)警。 本系統(tǒng)由交通事件檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)及車(chē)路通信系統(tǒng)組成。在事件檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,,采用圖像處理技術(shù)對(duì)交通視頻圖像進(jìn)行處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)逆行、行人、拋落物、停車(chē)、擁堵五種交通事件的檢測(cè),同時(shí)對(duì)車(chē)流量、車(chē)速等交通狀況參數(shù)進(jìn)行提;采用基于D-S證據(jù)理論的信息融合與決策機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)空動(dòng)態(tài)交通狀態(tài)信息的采集和融合及交互處理。在車(chē)路通信系統(tǒng)中,采用RFID路側(cè)讀寫(xiě)器對(duì)車(chē)輛進(jìn)行認(rèn)證、注冊(cè),完成組網(wǎng),同時(shí)完成一次性交通狀況發(fā)布;采用zigbee無(wú)線(xiàn)通信裝置作為DSRC通信模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)器和車(chē)載終端之間的短距離無(wú)線(xiàn)信息傳輸,將檢測(cè)結(jié)果及車(chē)輛信息以圖文形式通過(guò)車(chē)載終端實(shí)時(shí)傳遞給駕駛者。 該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)完成實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下的系統(tǒng)搭建以及相關(guān)功能和性能方面的測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,論文所述解決方案以及相關(guān)算法可有效及時(shí)的檢測(cè)到交通場(chǎng)景中的事件,并且能夠正確的區(qū)分出不同事件,滿(mǎn)足交通生活中的安全預(yù)警功能。
[Abstract]:In traffic life, people, cars, roads and environment are four important factors that affect traffic safety. Therefore, to establish an effective traffic safety early warning system to realize the accurate detection and timely warning of the above factors,It is one of the key research points in the field of intelligent transportation to guide drivers to drive safely and to manage traffic management effectively.Based on the technology of machine vision, pattern recognition and information fusion, this paper proposes a traffic early warning system based on traffic video detection, which can detect the abnormal events and extract the main traffic parameters.And the driver issued a timely safety warning.The system consists of traffic incident detection system and vehicular communication system.In the event detection system, the traffic video image is processed by image processing technology, which can detect five kinds of traffic events, such as retrograde, pedestrian, drop object, parking, congestion, and at the same time, the traffic flow.The information fusion and decision mechanism based on D-S evidence theory is used to realize the collection, fusion and interactive processing of space-time dynamic traffic state information.In the vehicle-road communication system, the RFID road side reader is used to authenticate, register, complete the network, and at the same time complete the one-time traffic status issue;The zigbee wireless communication device is used as the DSRC communication module to realize the short distance wireless information transmission between the server and the vehicle terminal. The detection results and the vehicle information are transmitted to the driver through the vehicle terminal in the form of graph and text.The system has been completed in the laboratory environment and related functions and performance tests.The test results show that the proposed solutions and related algorithms can effectively and timely detect the events in the traffic scene, and can correctly distinguish different events to meet the safety early warning function in traffic life.
