【摘要】:本文在收集并仔細(xì)閱讀交通影響評價及交通影響后評價文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析和總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,,以國內(nèi)總體情況及烏魯木齊市交通影響評價為研究背景,歸納了國內(nèi)外交通影響后評價的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了我國主要城市及烏魯木齊市建設(shè)項目交通影響分析所面臨的困境,分析了目前交通影響評價存在的問題及不足,指出應(yīng)在現(xiàn)有交通影響評價的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行交通影響后評價研究的發(fā)展需求。 其次,論文中簡要而概括地對交通影響后評價相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了介紹,在分析交通影響后評價與其他評價相關(guān)性的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了論文的研究方法、交通影響后評價的內(nèi)容和技術(shù)路線。結(jié)合交通影響前評價中的評價指標(biāo)體系,重點介紹了交通影響后評價中評價指標(biāo)的選取,運用模糊綜合評價法、兩兩對比法,說明了其理論原理和運用步驟,從交通影響預(yù)測性后評價和交通影響改善措施后評價兩方面對交通影響后評價進(jìn)行綜合性評價。 最后,本論文以烏魯木齊市某住宅類建設(shè)項目為研究課題,通過現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查法進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)采集,運用交通影響后評價的方法和評價指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)行交通影響后評價工作,并給出相關(guān)結(jié)論分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the collection and careful reading of the literature on traffic impact assessment and post-traffic impact assessment, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant experiences at home and abroad, taking the overall situation in China and the traffic impact assessment in Urumqi as the research background.This paper summarizes the research status quo of traffic impact post-assessment at home and abroad, expounds the difficulties faced by traffic impact analysis of major cities and Urumqi construction projects, and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of traffic impact assessment at present.It is pointed out that it is necessary to carry out the research on the post-evaluation of traffic impact on the basis of the existing traffic impact assessment.Secondly, the paper briefly and generally introduces the related concepts of the post-evaluation of traffic impact, and on the basis of analyzing the correlation between the post-evaluation of traffic impact and other evaluation, expounds the research methods of the paper.The content and technical route of post-evaluation of traffic impact.Combined with the evaluation index system in the pre-evaluation of traffic impact, the selection of evaluation index in the post-evaluation of traffic impact is introduced emphatically. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the comparison method are used to explain its theory principle and application steps.A comprehensive evaluation of traffic impact post-evaluation is carried out from two aspects: the post-evaluation of traffic impact predictability and the post-evaluation of traffic impact improvement measures.Finally, this paper takes a residential construction project in Urumqi as the research subject, carries on the basic data collection through the present situation investigation method, uses the traffic impact post-evaluation method and the evaluation index system, carries on the traffic impact post-evaluation work.The related conclusions are analyzed.
