三峽大壩至廟河河段待閘錨地建設(shè)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:三峽175m蓄水后,庫區(qū)河段通航環(huán)境和通航條件與以往相比發(fā)生了較大的變化。一方面,三峽航運(yùn)呈現(xiàn)良好的增長態(tài)勢,過壩貨運(yùn)量及過壩各類運(yùn)輸船舶數(shù)量均大幅提高;另一方面,三峽庫區(qū)河段大風(fēng)大霧陰霾等惡劣天氣頻繁發(fā)生,同時(shí),當(dāng)三峽壩區(qū)出現(xiàn)船閘超過設(shè)計(jì)流量、船閘計(jì)劃性停航檢修、重大節(jié)日開展反恐安保工作等情況時(shí),三峽壩區(qū)也會出現(xiàn)大量船舶積壓滯留現(xiàn)象。目前,對三峽大壩至廟河河段內(nèi)按實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行分析測算出錨地的實(shí)際需求容量及錨地規(guī)劃等內(nèi)容尚未做全面系統(tǒng)的研究。因此,進(jìn)行三峽大壩至廟河河段待閘錨地建設(shè)規(guī)劃研究是很有必要的,為研究河段的錨地建設(shè)工程提供基礎(chǔ)資料和重要的技術(shù)參考,為壩上錨地分期建設(shè)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本文首先對三峽大壩至廟河河段內(nèi)的已建錨地的布置現(xiàn)狀、容量大小、錨泊方式等進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并分析了目前本河段內(nèi)的錨地運(yùn)用存在的主要問題是現(xiàn)有錨地可容納船舶的數(shù)量已嚴(yán)重不能滿足當(dāng)前的需求,所以對研究河段進(jìn)行錨地建設(shè)規(guī)劃已刻不容緩。 其次,根據(jù)目前本河段內(nèi)待閘船舶的船型尺度、錨泊方式等分析計(jì)算出錨位水深、錨位面積等船舶所需的錨泊參數(shù),并首次利用基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式的靜態(tài)方法和基于排隊(duì)論的動(dòng)態(tài)方法分別對三峽壩上待閘錨地所需的錨位數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,同時(shí)對這兩種方法進(jìn)行了適用性分析討論。 最后,根據(jù)研究河段內(nèi)合適的可利用的岸線(或水域),分別提出了錨地近期與遠(yuǎn)期的總體建設(shè)規(guī)劃方案;并建議近期錨地工程合理的建設(shè)時(shí)機(jī)為2015年前建設(shè)完工,擬建錨地投入使用,遠(yuǎn)期錨地工程合理的建設(shè)時(shí)機(jī)為2020年前建設(shè)完工,擬建錨地投入使用。
[Abstract]:After the storage of 175m in the three Gorges, the navigable environment and navigation conditions in the reservoir area have changed greatly compared with the previous ones.On the one hand, the three Gorges shipping has shown a good growth trend, with the volume of cargo passing through the dam and the number of all kinds of ships passing the dam increasing substantially; on the other hand, bad weather such as strong winds, fog, haze and other bad weather frequently occur in the river reach of the three Gorges Reservoir area, at the same time,When the ship lock exceeds the designed flow in the three Gorges dam area, the ship lock is stopped and overhauled, and the anti-terrorist security work is carried out during the major festival, there will be a large number of ship backlog and detention phenomenon in the three Gorges dam area.At present, the actual demand capacity of the Anchorage and the planning of the Anchorage have not been comprehensively and systematically studied according to the actual situation in the reach of the three Gorges Dam to the Miaohe River.Therefore, it is necessary to study the construction planning of the Anchorage in the reach of the three Gorges Dam to the Miaohe River. It is necessary to provide basic data and important technical reference for the study of the Anchorage construction of the reach, and to lay the foundation for the phased construction of the Anchorage on the dam.In this paper, the layout, capacity and mooring mode of the built Anchorage in the reach between the three Gorges Dam and the Miaohe River are investigated.The main problem in the application of Anchorage in this reach is that the number of existing Anchorage can not meet the current demand, so it is urgent to study the Anchorage construction planning.Secondly, according to the ship type scale and mooring mode of the ship waiting to be locked in the river reach, the anchoring parameters needed by the ship such as the water depth and the area of the anchor position are calculated.The static method based on empirical formula and the dynamic method based on queuing theory are used for the first time to calculate and analyze the number of anchors needed for the Anchorage on the three Gorges Dam, and the applicability of the two methods is discussed.Finally, according to the study of the suitable available shoreline (or water area) in the river reach, the short-term and long-term overall construction plans of the Anchorage are put forward, and it is suggested that the reasonable time for the construction of the Anchorage Project in the near future should be completed by 2015.The proposed Anchorage is to be put into use. The reasonable construction time of the long-term Anchorage project is the completion of the construction before 2020, and the proposed Anchorage will be put into use.
