【摘要】:在我國(guó)的“十二五”規(guī)劃中,提出了“建設(shè)以西部為重點(diǎn)的開(kāi)發(fā)性鐵路”的戰(zhàn)略措施,,將其作為重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)和建設(shè)。西南和西北多為山地地形,運(yùn)架一體機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)很好的適應(yīng)橋隧相連的特殊工作環(huán)境。本文根據(jù)橋梁施工的要求,研究出一種新型雙主梁型運(yùn)架一體機(jī),并對(duì)其受力特點(diǎn)、三維仿真及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果等進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 分析了高速鐵路施工對(duì)混凝土箱梁整體通過(guò)性的要求;闡述了分離式運(yùn)架設(shè)備在整體運(yùn)輸箱梁通過(guò)隧道方面的不足和缺點(diǎn);通過(guò)對(duì)比,指出了運(yùn)架一體機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及其在橋隧相連的橋梁架設(shè)施工中的優(yōu)勢(shì)。 研究了運(yùn)架一體機(jī)的施工工法,比較了單梁型和雙梁型運(yùn)架一體機(jī)在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上的差異;指出了單梁型運(yùn)架一體機(jī)在施工中遇到的如重載運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性弱、變跨操作復(fù)雜等問(wèn)題,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)并應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,加強(qiáng)了其運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性和安全性。 建立了運(yùn)架一體機(jī)三維結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分析模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行受力仿真分析,得出了不同工況下的計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù),為受力結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù);比較了理論計(jì)算和仿真分析數(shù)值結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性。 研究了高速鐵路橋梁施工中如隧道口的零距離架梁等問(wèn)題,在雙主梁型運(yùn)架一體機(jī)的研發(fā)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)一些較為特殊的施工工法進(jìn)行了局部的優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)。 最后,針對(duì)運(yùn)架一體機(jī)的廠(chǎng)內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了分析、總結(jié)及改造,并對(duì)今后的設(shè)計(jì)提出了一些優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:In the "12th Five-Year Plan" of our country, the strategic measures of "constructing the development railway with the western region as the emphasis" are put forward, and it is regarded as the key project to carry on the development and the construction.The southwest and northwest are mostly mountainous terrain, the structural characteristics of the aircraft are very good to adapt to the bridge and tunnel connected with the special working environment.According to the requirements of bridge construction, this paper presents a new type of double main girder integrated machine, and studies its mechanical characteristics, three-dimensional simulation and test results.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper analyzes the requirements of the high-speed railway construction for the overall passage of concrete box girder, expounds the shortcomings and shortcomings of the separated transport frame equipment in the overall transportation of the box girder through the tunnel, and compares it with each other.This paper points out the structural characteristics of the integrated machine and its advantages in the construction of the bridge connected with the bridge and tunnel.This paper studies the construction method of the integrated frame conveyer, compares the structural and functional differences between the single beam type and the double beam integrated machine, and points out that the stability of the single beam transport frame integrated machine is weak in the construction, such as the heavy load operation stability is weak,In order to improve the stability and safety of the variable span operation, the optimization design and its application in practice are presented in this paper.The stress analysis model of the three-dimensional structure of the integrated machine is established, and the force simulation analysis is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the calculation data under different working conditions are obtained, which provides the basis for the optimization design of the mechanical structure.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by comparing the numerical results of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis.In this paper, some problems such as zero distance beam erection at the tunnel entrance are studied. Based on the research and development of the double main girder integrated machine, some special construction methods are locally optimized and improved.Finally, in view of the problems in in-plant test and field application, the paper analyzes, summarizes and rebuilds the problems, and puts forward some optimization suggestions for the design in the future.
