雙層SMA鋼橋面鋪裝Eliminator防水粘結(jié)體系中粘結(jié)材料的開發(fā)與性能研究

【摘要】:雙層SMA鋪裝體系具有高溫抗車轍能力強、施工控制容易、建設(shè)成本低等優(yōu)點,在鋼橋面鋪裝中有較多的應(yīng)用。然而雙層SMA鋪裝體系在部分工程實踐中出現(xiàn)了不少的病害,包括層間脫層、推移、縱向裂縫、坑槽等,其中脫層、推移是最致命的病害,主要原因是粘結(jié)體系出現(xiàn)問題。Eliminator是一種甲基丙烯酸樹脂類防水粘結(jié)材料,相較于過往使用的高粘改性瀝青和環(huán)氧樹脂,它具有防水性能好、與鋼板粘接力強、耐高溫等特點,廣泛用于鋼橋面鋪裝,特別是澆筑式鋪裝體系中。然而,應(yīng)用于雙層SMA鋼橋面鋪裝工程中,容易導(dǎo)致由于Eliminator與SMA間的粘結(jié)材料抗剪強度不足鋪裝層出現(xiàn)推移、脫層等病害。 為有效解決由于Eliminator與SMA間的粘結(jié)材料自身抗剪強度不足而引起的鋪裝病害,本文主要研究了熱熔性和反應(yīng)性兩類粘結(jié)材料,在材料配方調(diào)整及優(yōu)化、粘結(jié)材料性能檢測、組合試件性能評價等方面展開深入研究,利用剪切試驗和拉拔試驗來測試粘結(jié)材料在鋪裝體系中的剪切強度和拉拔強度,并參照澆筑式鋪裝體系中鋪裝層與Eliminator間的剪切強度和拉拔強度值,對滿足力學(xué)強度要求的材料進行綜合性能評價,最終開發(fā)出滿足工程使用要求的高性能粘結(jié)材料。 研究結(jié)果表明:在熱熔性粘結(jié)材料中,(巖瀝青+礦粉改性高粘瀝青)能夠滿足基本的力學(xué)強度和施工和易性要求,用sasobit和古馬隆樹脂對該材料進行優(yōu)化時發(fā)現(xiàn),兩者都能改善材料的施工和易性,且sasobit能提高材料的高溫抗剪強度,而古馬隆樹脂會降低高溫抗剪強度。在反應(yīng)性材料中,日本環(huán)氧粘結(jié)劑、高溫固化的環(huán)氧樹脂粘結(jié)劑(記作GW粘結(jié)劑)和二階段固化的環(huán)氧粘結(jié)劑(記作ED粘結(jié)劑)三種材料在最佳配比和用量下,力學(xué)強度較高,尤其是GW粘結(jié)劑和ED粘結(jié)劑。最后對滿足力學(xué)強度的粘結(jié)材料進行低溫柔韌性、高溫穩(wěn)定性、耐酸耐堿性、水穩(wěn)定性等性能檢驗,經(jīng)綜合比較分析,推薦選擇ED粘結(jié)劑作為Eliminator防水層與改性瀝青SMA鋪裝層間的粘結(jié)材料。
[Abstract]:Double layer SMA pavement system has many advantages such as high temperature rutting resistance, easy construction control and low construction cost. It has many applications in steel bridge deck pavement.However, there are many diseases in some engineering practices of double-layer SMA pavement system, including interlayer delamination, movement, longitudinal cracks, potholes and so on, among which delamination is the most fatal disease.The main reason is that the adhesive system has problems. Eliminator is a kind of methacrylic resin waterproof adhesive material. Compared with the high viscosity modified asphalt and epoxy resin used in the past, Eliminator has good waterproof performance, strong adhesion to steel plate, high temperature resistance and so on.Widely used in steel bridge deck pavement, especially in castable paving system.However, in the application of double-layer SMA steel bridge deck pavement, it is easy to cause diseases such as delamination due to the insufficient shear strength of the bonding material between Eliminator and SMA.In order to effectively solve the pavement disease caused by the insufficient shear strength of the bonding material between Eliminator and SMA, this paper mainly studies two kinds of bonding materials: hot melt and reactivity.The shear strength and drawing strength of the bonded material in the pavement system are tested by shear test and drawing test.With reference to the shear strength and drawing strength between the pavement and Eliminator in the pouring paving system, the comprehensive performance evaluation of the materials which meet the requirements of mechanical strength is carried out, and the high performance bond material which meets the requirements of engineering application is developed.The results show that in the hot melt binder (rock bituminous mineral powder modified high viscosity asphalt) can meet the basic requirements of mechanical strength, construction and ease. It is found that the material is optimized by sasobit and Guamaron resin.Both of them can improve the construction and easiness of the material, and sasobit can improve the high temperature shear strength of the material, while the Gumaron resin can reduce the high temperature shear strength.Among the reactive materials, the Japanese epoxy binder, the high-temperature curing epoxy resin binder (GW binder) and the two-stage curing epoxy binder (Ed binder) have higher mechanical strength under the optimum ratio and dosage.Especially GW binder and Ed binder.Finally, the mechanical strength of the adhesive materials for low-temperature flexibility, high-temperature stability, acid and alkali resistance, water stability and other performance tests, through comprehensive comparison and analysis,Ed binder is recommended as the bonding material between Eliminator waterproof layer and modified asphalt SMA pavement.
