路網(wǎng)容量約束下的土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:規(guī)劃階段,城市區(qū)域路網(wǎng)的路網(wǎng)容量是確定土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度的重要依據(jù)。研究引入道路時空消耗的概念,對路網(wǎng)容量和交通資源消耗進(jìn)行量化分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上建立微觀路網(wǎng)容量與土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系模型,對區(qū)域內(nèi)土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 研究在路網(wǎng)容量對土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度制約作用的定性分析基礎(chǔ)上,以道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的時空資源供給與消耗描述區(qū)域交通供需關(guān)系;然后,量化分析路網(wǎng)容量與土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系,建立非線性規(guī)劃模型并設(shè)計算法對模型進(jìn)行求解;最后通過實例進(jìn)行驗證。研究的主要內(nèi)容包括: 1.通過對交通流模型和BPR模型進(jìn)行分析,得出時空消耗法中各參數(shù)的動態(tài)值,從而準(zhǔn)確描述動態(tài)路網(wǎng)的交通運(yùn)行狀況。 2.對四階段方法進(jìn)行微觀化處理,以單元地塊為單位劃分交通小區(qū)進(jìn)行,加入對單元地塊出入口位置的考慮,從微觀角度對區(qū)域交通需求進(jìn)行分析和計算。 3.以實例計算數(shù)據(jù),對不同路網(wǎng)條件下的流量飽和度與容量飽和度進(jìn)行對比,分析產(chǎn)生差異的原因并證明方法的合理性。 4.在時空消耗法的基礎(chǔ)上,建立路網(wǎng)容量約束下的土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度優(yōu)化非線性規(guī)劃模型。 5.基于TransCAD的二次開發(fā)功能,首先采用模擬退火算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,然后設(shè)計了一種基于地塊容積率彈性系數(shù)的增量算法對模型進(jìn)行求解。 6.分別采用兩種算法對實例進(jìn)行計算,并對兩種算法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:In the planning stage, the network capacity of the urban area network is an important basis for determining the intensity of land development.This paper introduces the concept of road space-time consumption, analyzes the capacity of road network and the consumption of traffic resources, and establishes the relationship model between the capacity of road network and the intensity of land development, and optimizes the intensity of land development in the region.Based on the qualitative analysis of the restricting effect of road network capacity on land development intensity, this paper describes the relationship between regional traffic supply and demand by the supply and consumption of space-time resources of road network, and then, quantitatively analyzes the relationship between road network capacity and land development intensity.The nonlinear programming model is established and the algorithm is designed to solve the model.The main contents of the study include:1.By analyzing the traffic flow model and the BPR model, the dynamic values of the parameters in the space-time consumption method are obtained, and the traffic operation status of the dynamic road network is described accurately.2.In this paper, the four-stage method is microscopically processed, and the traffic area is divided into the unit plot as a unit, and the location of the entrance and exit of the unit land block is taken into account, and the regional traffic demand is analyzed and calculated from the microscopic point of view.3.In this paper, the flow saturation and capacity saturation under different road network conditions are compared, the reasons for the difference are analyzed and the rationality of the method is proved.4.Based on the space-time consumption method, the nonlinear programming model of land development intensity optimization under the constraints of road network capacity is established.5.Based on the secondary development function of TransCAD, the model is solved by simulated annealing algorithm, and then an incremental algorithm based on the elastic coefficient of plot volume rate is designed to solve the model.6.Two algorithms are used to calculate the examples, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are analyzed.
