【摘要】：公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的可研是建設(shè)項(xiàng)目開展前非常重要的工作,是在項(xiàng)目決策前,對擬建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析論證的科學(xué)方法,在投資管理中,可研是指對擬建項(xiàng)目有關(guān)的各方面因素進(jìn)行調(diào)研、分析比較并預(yù)測建成后的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對項(xiàng)目建設(shè)必要,財(cái)務(wù)盈利,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理等方面進(jìn)行論證,從而為決策提供依據(jù)；當(dāng)前,我國具有一定規(guī)模的項(xiàng)目必須按規(guī)定開展項(xiàng)目可研,經(jīng)過多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,有關(guān)可研工作的理論和方法已非常成熟。但是,由于每一個項(xiàng)目的獨(dú)一性和建設(shè)環(huán)境的不同,既有經(jīng)驗(yàn)不能完全適用,要結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行具體研究和分析,以防止盲目的投資,避免帶來不可挽回的損失。 本文以中國雪鄉(xiāng)長汀至雙峰段旅游公路建設(shè)議題為研究對象,在項(xiàng)目所在地進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的交通量需求調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對中國雪鄉(xiāng)長汀至雙峰段旅游公路項(xiàng)目作了充分的理論研究和分析。首先,對選題背景及意義進(jìn)行了闡述,說明了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的研究意義、社會意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義；其次,分析了項(xiàng)目區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和交通運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀,提出項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性；第三,對未來交通量的發(fā)展作了詳細(xì)的分析與預(yù)測；第四,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目所在地自然條件及路網(wǎng)情況,拿出了不同的路線方案進(jìn)行比選；最后,對該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了國民經(jīng)濟(jì)評價,預(yù)測了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、投資回收期與風(fēng)險程度等經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The feasibility study of highway construction project is a very important work before the construction project is carried out. It is a scientific method for the comprehensive technical and economic analysis and demonstration of the proposed project before the project decision, and in the investment management,Research refers to the investigation of various factors related to the proposed project, analysis and comparison and prediction of the social and economic benefits after completion.On this basis, the necessity of project construction, financial profit, reasonable economy and other aspects are demonstrated to provide the basis for decision-making. At present, projects with a certain scale in our country must be carried out according to the relevant regulations.After many years of work experience accumulation, the theory and method of research work has been very mature.However, due to the uniqueness of each project and the difference of the construction environment, the existing experience can not be fully applied. In order to prevent blind investment and avoid irreparable loss, we should carry out specific research and analysis combined with the actual situation.In this paper, a detailed traffic demand survey is carried out on the topic of tourism highway construction from Changting to Shuangfeng in Xuexiang, China, and on this basis,This paper makes a full theoretical study and analysis on the tourism highway project from Changting to Shuangfeng in Xuexiang, China.First of all, the background and significance of the topic are expounded, and the research significance, social significance and economic significance of the project construction are explained. Secondly, the present situation of social economy and transportation in the project area is analyzed, and the necessity of project construction is put forward.The development of traffic volume in the future is analyzed and forecasted in detail. Fourthly, according to the natural conditions of the project location and the road network situation, different route schemes are compared and selected. Finally, the national economic evaluation of the project is carried out.The economic indexes such as economic benefit, investment payback period and risk degree are forecasted.
