鉆爆法施工下穿既有隧道的影響研究

【摘要】:鉆爆法是硬巖隧道、短隧道等掘進施工的主要手段,主要由于其經(jīng)濟、施工方便靈活,但是其也可能會引起圍巖、地表的強烈震動,這個問題在圍巖軟弱、襯砌質(zhì)量差等情形中更顯突出。同時,近年來隨著我國交通基礎設施建設的發(fā)展,平行、交叉小間距隧道工程增多,當兩隧道距離較近時,由于爆破施工的振動影響,新建隧道在施工時可能導致既有隧道圍巖與襯砌結(jié)構的變形甚至損壞從而危及行車安全。研究工程爆破影響的參數(shù)規(guī)律并依此制定相應的施工對策可以保證工程的安全性及其順利完成。因此,本文采用數(shù)值模擬手段對典型的鉆爆法正交下穿既有隧道情形進行參數(shù)影響分析并結(jié)合青島地鐵二號線斜交下穿的工程實例提出相應的施工對策。本文所做的主要工作: 1.本文以巖石爆破與應力波傳播理論為基礎,采用有限元軟件Abaqus建立了鉆爆施工下穿既有隧道的三維典型數(shù)值模型,詳細討論了模型建立涉及的材料模型以及材料的動力參數(shù)使用、體系阻尼設置、荷載施加、動力邊界條件以及單元選擇與網(wǎng)格劃分等問題。對直交下穿情形的數(shù)值計算結(jié)果從能量角度并參考已有的類似情形實測結(jié)果討論了可靠性。 2.參考大量文獻,對交通隧道的爆破安全評價指標進行歸納,以襯砌的最大振速以及主拉應力值作為文中判斷既有隧道安全性的指標。對直交隧道情形水平距、豎向距以及圍巖級別進行了參數(shù)研究,討論了這三種參數(shù)變化時既有隧道襯砌的最大振速、最大主拉應力的出現(xiàn)部位以及值的變化規(guī)律。 3.對青島地鐵二號線工程中新建隧道貼近下穿既有隧道的斜交情形進行了數(shù)值計算,提出此種緊貼下穿的施工對策,得出全斷面爆破施工時的兩個極限距離。
[Abstract]:Drilling and blasting method is the main means of hard rock tunnel, short tunnel and other tunneling construction, mainly because of its economy, convenient and flexible construction, but it may also cause strong vibration of surrounding rock and surface, this problem is weak in surrounding rock.The lining is more prominent in the case of poor quality.At the same time, with the development of traffic infrastructure construction in China in recent years, the number of parallel and cross-spaced tunnel projects increases. When the distance between the two tunnels is close, because of the vibration of blasting construction,The construction of new tunnel may lead to the deformation and even damage of surrounding rock and lining structure of existing tunnel, thus endangering the traffic safety.Studying the parameter law of engineering blasting effect and making corresponding construction countermeasures can ensure the safety and smooth completion of the project.Therefore, the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of parameters on the typical drilling and blasting method in the case of the existing tunnel, and the corresponding construction countermeasures are put forward in the light of the engineering example of the oblique underpass of Qingdao Metro Line 2.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Based on the theory of rock blasting and stress wave propagation, a typical three-dimensional numerical model of tunnel under drilling and blasting construction is established by using finite element software Abaqus.The material model, the use of material dynamic parameters, the system damping, the load application, the dynamic boundary conditions, the element selection and meshing are discussed in detail.The reliability is discussed from the point of view of energy and referring to the experimental results of similar cases.2.Referring to a large number of literatures, the blasting safety evaluation indexes of traffic tunnels are summarized, and the maximum vibration velocity and main tensile stress of lining are taken as the indexes to judge the safety of existing tunnels in this paper.In this paper, the horizontal distance, vertical distance and surrounding rock level of the straight intersection tunnel are studied. The maximum vibration velocity, the position of the maximum main tensile stress and the variation law of the value of the existing tunnel lining are discussed when the three parameters change.3.In this paper, the oblique intersection of the new tunnel passing through the existing tunnel close to the existing tunnel in Qingdao Metro Line 2 is numerically calculated, and the construction countermeasures are put forward, and the two limit distances in the construction of full section blasting are obtained.
