基于熱分析質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)的瀝青老化機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:利用熱分析質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)研究不同老化狀態(tài)的瀝青微觀組成、結(jié)構(gòu)與宏觀路用性能之間的聯(lián)系。首先制備瀝青結(jié)合料短期老化和長期老化試樣,然后采用熱重-差熱分析-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù),分析不同老化狀態(tài)瀝青的熱性質(zhì)及逸出物質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)。研究結(jié)果表明:基質(zhì)瀝青、短期老化和長期老化的瀝青試樣分解過程的溫度范圍及峰值對應(yīng)溫度基本一致;低于300℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),試樣老化程度對熱重?fù)p失速率影響較小;瀝青高溫分解階段,長期老化質(zhì)量損失速率最低,基質(zhì)瀝青最高,短期老化試樣居中;3種老化狀態(tài)的瀝青試樣熱分解產(chǎn)物主要有CO、H2O、CH4、CO2,該產(chǎn)物主要來源于瀝青中大分子烷烴的高溫分解和碳元素氧化;熱重曲線殘留質(zhì)量比與瀝青復(fù)數(shù)模量有較好的聯(lián)系,隨著瀝青老化程度增大,TG曲線上殘留質(zhì)量比逐漸增加,在宏觀上表現(xiàn)為復(fù)數(shù)模量增大。
[Abstract]:The relationship between microstructure, structure and macroscopical performance of asphalt in different aging states was studied by thermal analysis mass spectrometry. First, the short-term aging and long-term aging samples of asphalt binder were prepared. Then thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the thermal properties and escape structure of asphalt in different aging states.
