歷史街區(qū)慢行交通系統(tǒng)路網(wǎng)與設施規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:作為城市的歷史載體,歷史街區(qū)記載著城市的歷史變遷,直接體現(xiàn)一個城市的特色傳統(tǒng)風貌。隨著城市化進程的加快,交通問題成為歷史街區(qū)良性發(fā)展的一道阻礙。生活、娛樂、商業(yè)等各類活動在街區(qū)內(nèi)部集聚,各種交通流相互交織,混亂的秩序直接反映著現(xiàn)代交通發(fā)展需求與歷史街區(qū)保護之間的矛盾。慢行交通作為歷史街區(qū)最主要且最傳統(tǒng)的出行方式,在城市建設中往往被忽略。隨著歷史街區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的不斷深入,打造和諧的慢行交通環(huán)境成為亟待解決的問題。 本文首先以西安湘子廟歷史街區(qū)為研究對象,通過理論分析和實地調(diào)研等方法,在分析了歷史街區(qū)基本特征和交通特征的基礎上,結合街區(qū)發(fā)展面臨的現(xiàn)實交通困境,從宏觀層面,提出了“內(nèi)部寧靜,外部快速”的“慢行+公交環(huán)線+公交支線”的歷史街區(qū)改造交通模式。 從中觀層面,對歷史街區(qū)慢行交通路網(wǎng)進行規(guī)劃。引入“微循環(huán)”理念,梳理街區(qū)內(nèi)部支路、巷道的道路層次及路權劃分,并從“面、線、點”的角度對步行交通網(wǎng)絡和非機動車交通網(wǎng)絡進行規(guī)劃,通過慢行單元劃分,充分發(fā)揮慢行交通的中、短距離出行優(yōu)勢,構建連續(xù)、高效的慢行交通網(wǎng)絡;根據(jù)我國交通建設中“大刀闊斧”式的盲目拓寬道路做法,本文建立從慢行網(wǎng)絡結構到慢行網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)的分步優(yōu)化策略,合理確定改擴建的目標路段,保證慢行交通網(wǎng)絡的完整性和穩(wěn)定性。 最后在微觀層面,,以提高慢行者出行安全及出行效率為出發(fā)點,從路段、交叉口兩個方面對歷史街區(qū)慢行交通設施進行合理設置,通過“交通寧靜化”策略營造和諧的街區(qū)內(nèi)部慢行環(huán)境;在停車換乘設施方面,以TOD理念為導向,采用調(diào)控型換乘策略,在街區(qū)外圍設置PR停車換乘設施,與大運量公共交通線路相串聯(lián),完善慢行交通的換乘;從選址規(guī)劃和管理層面,對停車換乘設施進行分析,采取合理措施促進歷史街區(qū)慢行交通的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the historical carrier of the city, the historical district records the historical changes of the city, which directly reflects the characteristic traditional style and features of a city. With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the traffic problem becomes an obstacle to the benign development of the historical district. Entertainment, commerce and other activities gather in the streets, and various traffic flows interweave with each other. The chaotic order directly reflects the contradiction between the needs of modern traffic development and the protection of historical blocks. Slow traffic is the most important and traditional way to travel in historical blocks. With the continuous development of historical blocks, it is urgent to build a harmonious slow traffic environment. Firstly, this paper takes Xiangzi Temple Historic District in Xi'an as the research object, through theoretical analysis and field investigation, on the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics and traffic characteristics of the historical district, combining with the real traffic predicament faced by the development of the district. From the macro level, this paper puts forward the "internal tranquillity, external rapid" "slow transit loop bus branch" historical block transformation traffic mode. From the middle level, the slow traffic network of the historic block is planned. The concept of "microcirculation" is introduced to sort out the inner branch road of the block, the road level of the roadway and the division of the road right, and from "the plane, the line, the line", Point of view of walking traffic network and non-motor transport network planning, through the slow unit division, the full use of slow travel, short distance travel advantages, to build a continuous, efficient slow traffic network; According to the way of blindly widening the road in the traffic construction of our country, this paper establishes the step optimization strategy from slow network structure to slow network system, and reasonably determines the target road section for reconstruction and extension. Ensure the integrity and stability of slow traffic network. Finally, at the micro level, to improve the travel safety and efficiency of slow walkers, from the road section, intersection of two aspects of slow traffic facilities in historical blocks for reasonable setting, Through the strategy of "traffic tranquility" to create a harmonious slow environment within the block, in the parking and transfer facilities, with the concept of TOD as the guide, adopt the control transfer strategy, set up PR parking and transfer facilities in the periphery of the block. Connecting with mass public transportation lines, improving the transfer of slow traffic, analyzing the parking and transferring facilities from the aspects of location planning and management, taking reasonable measures to promote the development of slow traffic in historical districts.
