【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就,這與我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域日益完善的公路交通系統(tǒng)存在緊密的聯(lián)系,公路交通就是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)體的心血管系統(tǒng),在我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展中扮演著十分重要的角色。齊河縣西一路潘店至仁里集段建設(shè)工程位于德州市齊河縣境內(nèi),全長(zhǎng)10.236Km,主要工程包括路基、路面、涵洞工程、排水及管線綜合工程,有效的項(xiàng)目管理能夠保證施工的順利開展并具有較高的施工質(zhì)量。本文主要以西一路工程建設(shè)為例,針對(duì)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理展開研究。 通過(guò)本文的研究主要得出以下結(jié)論： 1.開展項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)參考文獻(xiàn)的搜集整理,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理研究的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究前沿進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)公路工程項(xiàng)目管理難點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。 2.在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種綜合的城鄉(xiāng)公路工程項(xiàng)目管理理念并建立相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,建立以人為中心包括信息化管理、全面質(zhì)量管理控制等方法的綜合管理模式。 3.依托西一路工程項(xiàng)目,建立以人為本項(xiàng)目管理理念的具體操作落實(shí)措施，‘以信息化平臺(tái)為整合中心,結(jié)合多種管理方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了管理實(shí)踐,取得了較好的成果。 4.研究了項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中針對(duì)特殊情況的應(yīng)急預(yù)警機(jī)制,為項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中突發(fā)情況的處置提供了一種良好的應(yīng)對(duì)方法。 通過(guò)本文的研究,一為城鄉(xiāng)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理提供參考和建議；二是通過(guò)本文的研究為項(xiàng)目管理研究及其應(yīng)用做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the overall development of China's urban and rural economy has made remarkable achievements, which is closely related to the increasingly perfect road traffic system in urban and rural areas of China, which is the cardiovascular system of the economic and social body. The construction project of Pandian to Renliji section in the west of Qihe County is located in Qihe County, Dezhou City, with a total length of 10.236km. the main projects include subgrade, pavement, culvert project, drainage and pipeline comprehensive project. Effective project management can ensure the smooth development of construction and high construction quality. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. Carrying out the collection and arrangement of relevant references of project management, summarizing the main research contents and research frontiers of project management, and analyzing the difficulties and problems existing in the project management of urban and rural highway projects. 2. On the basis of literature research, this paper puts forward a comprehensive concept of urban and rural highway engineering project management and establishes the corresponding structure system, and establishes a comprehensive management mode which includes information management, total quality management and so on. 3. Based on the project of the West Road Project, the concrete operation and implementation measures of the people-oriented project management concept are established. The information platform is taken as the integration center, and the project management practice is carried out in combination with various management methods, and good results have been achieved. 4. The emergency early warning mechanism for special situations in the process of project management is studied, which provides a good way to deal with unexpected situations in the process of project management. Through the research of this paper, one is to provide reference and suggestions for the management of urban and rural highway construction projects, the other is to make some contributions to the research and application of project management through the research of this paper.
