邢汾高速高邊坡優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:在中國(guó)河北省境內(nèi)的某高速公路全線80%的線路為類土質(zhì)質(zhì)路塹高邊坡,屬剝蝕構(gòu)造丘陵地貌,,自然邊坡坡角約25-35°。邊坡巖石分為中風(fēng)化、強(qiáng)風(fēng)化片麻巖。在強(qiáng)風(fēng)化層中,巖體破碎,節(jié)理裂隙發(fā)育,影響邊坡穩(wěn)定的節(jié)理傾角較大,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察資料提供的(巖體的完整性系數(shù)、節(jié)理產(chǎn)狀及密度)參數(shù),按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范行的邊坡設(shè)計(jì),邊坡坡角約55-75°。按此方案進(jìn)行施工后,約35%的高邊坡發(fā)生了滑塌,造成不同程度的工程危害及人員傷亡。經(jīng)本文數(shù)值模擬研究后發(fā)現(xiàn),影響邊坡穩(wěn)定的主要因素是其中一組同坡向傾角較大的節(jié)理,當(dāng)坡角為65-75°的開挖邊坡極易發(fā)生滑塌,為此提出了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,進(jìn)行了二次削坡。 眾所周知,對(duì)類土質(zhì)質(zhì)高邊坡穩(wěn)定性的分析,其核心問題是對(duì)多組節(jié)理的模擬分析,合理的進(jìn)行路塹高邊坡坡型坡率設(shè)計(jì)、防護(hù)加固工程對(duì)策選取以及設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)首次使用有限元軟件Z_soil.pc v2012,采用M-C強(qiáng)度屈服準(zhǔn)則,有限元強(qiáng)度折減法,進(jìn)行Multi-Laminate本構(gòu)模型數(shù)值模擬,通過前后兩次削坡對(duì)比,對(duì)影響類土質(zhì)質(zhì)高邊坡穩(wěn)定性的因素進(jìn)行分析,從而明確了工程發(fā)生滑塌的具體原因,進(jìn)而得出結(jié)論:類土質(zhì)質(zhì)高邊坡存在的不同巖層對(duì)邊坡的穩(wěn)定性具有較大影響,并且邊坡開挖過程對(duì)同一層巖體剪應(yīng)力的影響范圍為0~12米;節(jié)理和降雨在邊坡穩(wěn)定性分析中占有舉足輕重的地位,對(duì)這兩個(gè)因素的分析直接影響到工程質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:80% of the lines of a highway in Hebei Province, China, are soil-like cutting high slopes, which belong to eroded structural hills and landforms. The natural slope angles are about 25-35 擄. The slope rocks are divided into moderately weathered and strongly weathered gneiss. Rock mass is broken, joints and fissures are developed, and the inclination of joints affecting the stability of slope is great. According to the parameters (integrity coefficient of rock mass, occurrence of joints and density) provided by field survey data, the slope design is carried out according to the current specifications. The slope angle is about 55-75 擄. After the construction according to this scheme, about 35% of the high slope collapses, resulting in different degrees of engineering hazards and casualties. The main factor affecting the slope stability is a group of joints with the same slope inclination angle. When the slope angle is 65-75 擄, the slope is easy to collapse. Therefore, the optimum design scheme is put forward and the second slope cutting is carried out. As we all know, the core problem of the stability analysis of soil-like high slope is the simulation analysis of multi-group joints, and the reasonable design of slope type slope ratio at high edge of cutting. In this paper, for the first time in China, the finite element software Z_soil.pc v2012 is used to simulate the Multi-Laminate constitutive model by using M-C strength yield criterion and finite element strength reduction method. The factors influencing the stability of the soil-like high slope are analyzed, and the concrete causes of the collapse of the engineering are determined. The conclusion is that the different rock layers of the high slope of the similar soil have great influence on the stability of the slope. And the influence range of slope excavation on the shear stress of the same rock mass is 0 ~ 12 meters, and the joint and rainfall play an important role in the slope stability analysis, and the analysis of these two factors directly affects the engineering quality.
