改性EPS顆粒在疏浚淤泥混合輕量土中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:利用經(jīng)過自制改性劑處理的EPS(聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料)顆粒制作了復(fù)合固化劑,將其與渤海灣疏浚海泥按不同配混合,制備了疏浚淤泥混合輕量土。通過接觸角測(cè)量及掃描電鏡試驗(yàn)分析了改性劑對(duì)EPS表面性能的影響,并研究不同量改性劑改性EPS顆粒對(duì)對(duì)輕量土密度、壓縮強(qiáng)度及壓縮屈服應(yīng)變的影響。結(jié)果表明:改性劑可有效增加EPS顆粒與淤泥土壤顆粒界面的親和性,提高和易性與施工性能,提升輕量土結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性;當(dāng)改性劑摻入量為EPS顆粒質(zhì)量的0.33%時(shí),所得改性EPS顆粒能夠有效增加輕量土壓縮強(qiáng)度,小幅度降低輕量土密度,但是對(duì)壓縮屈服應(yīng)變影響效果不明顯。
[Abstract]:The composite curing agent was prepared by using EPS (polystyrene foam) particles treated with self-made modifier and mixed with dredged sea mud in Bohai Bay. The influence of modifier on the surface properties of EPS was analyzed by contact angle measurement and SEM test, and the density of EPS particles modified by different modifiers on light soil was studied. The results show that the modifier can effectively increase the interface affinity between EPS particles and silt soil particles, improve the compatibility and construction performance, and enhance the structural stability of lightweight soil. When the content of modifier is 0.33% of the mass of EPS particles, the modified EPS particles can effectively increase the compressive strength of the lightweight soil and reduce the density of the lightweight soil by a small margin, but the effect on the compressive yield strain is not obvious.
