基于云計(jì)算的機(jī)動(dòng)車緝查布控聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:國(guó)家科技行動(dòng)計(jì)劃一期《道路交通安全智能化管控關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及集成示范》目前主要由公安部交通管理科學(xué)研究所承擔(dān),根據(jù)《“十二五”道路交通管理科技信息化發(fā)展規(guī)劃》以及公安機(jī)關(guān)圖像信息聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用要求,2013年開始,公安部已組織全國(guó)機(jī)動(dòng)車緝查布控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)工作,本文基于此背景重點(diǎn)開展全國(guó)卡口系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究工作。近年來(lái),為強(qiáng)化路面動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控,各級(jí)公安交通管理部門開始大規(guī)模建設(shè)車輛智能監(jiān)測(cè)記錄系統(tǒng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱卡口系統(tǒng))。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),全國(guó)建成的各類省際、市際等主干公路卡口共7600多個(gè),以往各省之間甚至部分省內(nèi)系統(tǒng)采集的信息無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)全國(guó)共享,信息孤島情況較為嚴(yán)重。同時(shí),隨著接入緝查布控系統(tǒng)的卡口數(shù)量日益增多,匯聚的車輛通行信息也隨之海量提升,目前江蘇、浙江、山東等省一天的機(jī)動(dòng)車通行數(shù)據(jù)約1億條,還有大量的圖片、視頻數(shù)據(jù)。再使用傳統(tǒng)的ORACLE或DB2關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),其存儲(chǔ)成本非常高,數(shù)據(jù)查詢效率低下,已無(wú)法滿足正常的業(yè)務(wù)辦理和實(shí)時(shí)查詢要求,緝查布控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)后集中式數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)已經(jīng)日漸成為瓶頸。本文根據(jù)跨區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù)的分發(fā)、交換等機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)了全國(guó)機(jī)動(dòng)車緝查布控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)總體架構(gòu)和公安內(nèi)外網(wǎng)海量數(shù)據(jù)的接入架構(gòu);采用基于開源的Hadoop技術(shù),通過Kafka消息中間件緩沖、Spark Streaming實(shí)時(shí)計(jì)算框架、HBase分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了百億級(jí)機(jī)動(dòng)車通行數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)和處理。通過分布式服務(wù)集群、負(fù)載均衡等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的并行存儲(chǔ),并根據(jù)實(shí)際需要可對(duì)服務(wù)能力和存儲(chǔ)容量進(jìn)行彈性擴(kuò)展的能力;設(shè)計(jì)了全國(guó)機(jī)動(dòng)車緝查布控系統(tǒng)軟件和數(shù)據(jù)接入服務(wù)程序。研究成果目前已在全國(guó)公安交通管理部門推廣應(yīng)用,已實(shí)現(xiàn)全國(guó)卡口系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)、全國(guó)機(jī)動(dòng)車過車信息匯聚、全國(guó)的緝查布控信息采集、交換和預(yù)警等功能。本文的研究成果對(duì)強(qiáng)化卡口系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用,提升動(dòng)態(tài)化、信息化條件下公路交通安全管控水平具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the National Science and Technology Action Plan I "key Technologies and Integrated demonstration of Intelligent Control of Road Traffic Safety" is mainly undertaken by the Research Institute of Traffic Management of the Ministry of Public Security. According to the "12th Five-Year Plan" for the Development of Road Traffic Management Science and Technology Informatization, and the requirements for the application of public security organs' image and information networking, the Ministry of Public Security has organized the construction of a nationwide motorized vehicle investigation and distribution and control system network starting in 2013. Based on this background, this paper focuses on the research work of national bayonet system networking. In recent years, in order to strengthen the dynamic monitoring of pavement, The public security and traffic management departments at all levels began to build a large-scale vehicle intelligent monitoring and recording system (hereinafter referred to as the bayonet system). According to statistics, more than 7600 interprovincial, inter-city and other interprovincial and inter-city bayonets have been built in the country. In the past, the information collected by various provinces and even parts of the provinces could not be shared by the whole country, and the situation of isolated information islands was serious. At the same time, with the increasing number of bayonets connected to the inspection and control system, The converging traffic information of vehicles has also been greatly enhanced. At present, there are about 100 million vehicle traffic data per day in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and other provinces, as well as a large number of pictures and video data. Then we use the traditional ORACLE or DB2 relational database. Its storage cost is very high, the efficiency of data query is low, it can not meet the normal business processing and real-time query requirements, the centralized database has become a bottleneck after the networked search and control system. In this paper, according to the distribution of cross-regional data, The general network architecture of the national vehicle search and control system and the access structure of the massive data of the public security inside and outside network are designed, and the open source Hadoop technology is adopted. The distributed data storage and processing of tens of billions of motor vehicles are realized by Kafka message middleware buffer and Spark Streaming real-time computing framework, and the parallel storage of data is realized by distributed service cluster, load balancing and other technologies. The software and data access service program of the national motor vehicle search and distribution control system are designed according to the actual needs, and the research results have been popularized and applied in the national public security traffic management department. It has realized the functions of the national bayonet system networking, the national vehicle passing information gathering, the information collection, exchange and early warning of the whole country. The research results of this paper can strengthen the application of the bayonet system and enhance the dynamic. The level of highway traffic safety control has very important practical significance under the condition of information technology.
