預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維板強化改造重載鐵路橋梁成套技術(shù)

【摘要】:為滿足我國鐵路橋梁加固和重載強化改造工程的需求,以30t以上軸重重載鐵路改造技術(shù)科研項目為依托,開展預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維板加固重載鐵路橋梁技術(shù)的研究以及預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維板組裝件等產(chǎn)品的研制、加固體系設(shè)計、模型梁加固試驗、原梁加固試驗等,解決了碳纖維板材的夾持、張拉和錨固等技術(shù)難題,提出了加固設(shè)計的原則及指標、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗以及施工驗收的技術(shù)要求,形成了預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維板加固重載鐵路橋梁的成套技術(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明:研制的采用波形夾片式錨具和楔形夾片式錨具的碳纖維板組裝件具有優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能,其錨固效率(組裝件強度與材料強度的比值)均大于0.95;在200MPa疲勞應(yīng)力幅作用下,經(jīng)歷200萬~400萬次疲勞加載后,其錨固效率仍大于0.95;100和1 000h的應(yīng)力松弛率分別為1.156%和1.600%。通過對6m模型梁和32m預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁加固試驗,驗證了預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維板加固重載鐵路橋梁成套技術(shù)的可行性和可靠性,加固效果滿足重載鐵路設(shè)計要求,并已成功應(yīng)用于朔黃鐵路橋重車線上20m簡支梁的加固。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of railway bridge reinforcement and heavy-haul retrofit engineering in China, the technical scientific research project of heavy-haul railway reconstruction with axle load of more than 30 tons is used as the basis. In order to solve the problem of carbon fiber sheet clamping, the research on the technology of prestressed carbon fiber sheet strengthening heavy duty railway bridge, the development of prestressed carbon fiber plate assembly, the design of strengthening system, the strengthening test of model beam, the strengthening test of original beam, etc., are carried out. Some technical problems, such as tensioning and anchoring, are put forward. The principles and indexes of reinforcement design, the technical requirements of product quality inspection and construction acceptance are put forward. A complete set of techniques for strengthening heavy-duty railway bridges with prestressed carbon fiber sheets has been formed. The results show that the developed carbon fiber sheet assemblies with corrugated clamped anchors and wedge-clamped anchors have excellent mechanical properties. The anchoring efficiency (the ratio of the strength of the assembly part to the strength of the material) is greater than 0.95.After the 200MPa fatigue stress amplitude, after 2 million ~ 4 million times of fatigue loading, The stress relaxation rates of the anchoring efficiency are 1.156% and 1.600 h, respectively. The feasibility and reliability of the complete set of prestressed carbon fiber reinforced concrete (CFRP) reinforced heavy haul railway bridges are verified by the reinforcement tests of 6m model beams and 32m prestressed concrete beams. The reinforcement effect meets the design requirements of heavy-haul railway and has been successfully applied to the reinforcement of 20m simply supported beam on the heavy railway line of Shuohuang railway bridge.
