【摘要】：我國水運(yùn)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展,但是港口的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)能力和運(yùn)輸需求之間的矛盾正日益突出,一般港口的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)效率都不能滿足吞吐量不斷增長的需求。龍口港目前也正在面臨這一問題,因此需要對龍口港的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從而達(dá)到提高港口生產(chǎn)作業(yè)效率的目的。 港口生產(chǎn)調(diào)度對港口企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有著非常直接的影響,因此港口企業(yè)應(yīng)提高自己的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度工作質(zhì)量,從而提高港口的整體服務(wù)水平和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。因此,在我國港口現(xiàn)代化管理過程中,港口應(yīng)該致力于研究和采用比較先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度方法。本文研究港口企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度組織過程,有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文主要從以下方面進(jìn)行研究：首先介紹了龍口港的現(xiàn)狀,以及龍口港目前生產(chǎn)過程以及組織形式,以及生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃的內(nèi)容分類以及龍口港制定生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃時(shí)存在的問題。最后,對龍口港的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)進(jìn)行合理優(yōu)化,并針對龍口港實(shí)際生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中的問題,提出了龍口港生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的相關(guān)建議：港口生產(chǎn)作業(yè)機(jī)械需要更新?lián)Q代；不增值的環(huán)節(jié)需要從裝卸作業(yè)過程中剔除；港口工作人員需要定期培訓(xùn)；港口泊位作業(yè)能力需要提高；港口信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)；港口調(diào)度系統(tǒng)需要并行化處理；港口生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃需要靈活性。
[Abstract]:The waterway transportation industry of our country is developing continuously, but the contradiction between the production and operation capacity of the port and the transportation demand is becoming more and more prominent. The production efficiency of the general port can not meet the increasing demand of throughput. Longkou Port is also facing this problem at present, so it is necessary to optimize the production operation of Longkou Port. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of port production. Port production scheduling has a direct impact on the economic benefits of port enterprises, so port enterprises should improve their own production scheduling work quality, thereby improving the overall service level and service quality of the port. In the process of modern port management in China, the port should devote itself to studying and adopting more advanced production scheduling methods. This paper studies the production scheduling organization process of port enterprises, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. This article mainly carries on the research from the following aspects: first, introduced the present situation of Longkou Port, as well as the present production process and the organization form of the Longkou Port, As well as the content classification of the production operation plan and the problems existing in making the production operation plan of Longkou Port. Finally, the production operation of Longkou Port is optimized reasonably, and the problems in the actual production operation of Longkou Port are pointed out. The related suggestions of Longkou port production operation are put forward: the port production operation machinery needs to be updated; the link without adding value should be removed from the loading and unloading process; the port staff need to be trained regularly; the port berth operation ability should be improved; The construction of port information platform needs to be further strengthened, the port scheduling system needs to be parallelized, and the port production operation plan needs flexibility.
