非平穩(wěn)到達(dá)的碼頭集卡預(yù)約優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:針對(duì)集貨高峰期集卡到達(dá)不均而導(dǎo)致的碼頭嚴(yán)重?fù)矶聠栴},運(yùn)用排隊(duì)理論和積壓后移平穩(wěn)估計(jì)(SBC)方法,通過同時(shí)考慮內(nèi)在的碼頭服務(wù)能力和外在的集卡到達(dá)特征制定集卡預(yù)約策略.基于閘口、堆場(chǎng)集卡兩階段排隊(duì)等待時(shí)間構(gòu)建碼頭集卡預(yù)約多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,最后用改進(jìn)的NSGA-Ⅱ算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解.算例結(jié)果表明,所構(gòu)建的模型不僅可以應(yīng)對(duì)集貨高峰期時(shí)集卡的預(yù)約,同時(shí)通過優(yōu)化使得決策天內(nèi)集卡的平均等待時(shí)間得到較大減少且有效均衡了集卡的到達(dá).
[Abstract]:In view of the serious congestion problem caused by the uneven arrival of the loading cards in the peak loading period, the queuing theory and the method of stably estimating the backlog backward shift are used.
