非平穩(wěn)到達的碼頭集卡預(yù)約優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:針對集貨高峰期集卡到達不均而導(dǎo)致的碼頭嚴重擁堵問題,運用排隊理論和積壓后移平穩(wěn)估計(SBC)方法,通過同時考慮內(nèi)在的碼頭服務(wù)能力和外在的集卡到達特征制定集卡預(yù)約策略.基于閘口、堆場集卡兩階段排隊等待時間構(gòu)建碼頭集卡預(yù)約多目標優(yōu)化模型,最后用改進的NSGA-Ⅱ算法對模型進行求解.算例結(jié)果表明,所構(gòu)建的模型不僅可以應(yīng)對集貨高峰期時集卡的預(yù)約,同時通過優(yōu)化使得決策天內(nèi)集卡的平均等待時間得到較大減少且有效均衡了集卡的到達.
[Abstract]:In view of the serious congestion problem caused by the uneven arrival of the loading cards in the peak loading period, the queuing theory and the method of stably estimating the backlog backward shift are used.
