【摘要】：由于企業(yè)和運(yùn)輸服務(wù)業(yè)主以及運(yùn)貨司機(jī)的合作關(guān)系的松散性,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)主動、實(shí)時(shí)定位運(yùn)輸車輛的需求,且企業(yè)自建覆蓋范圍較廣的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)投資巨大。建立了基于云計(jì)算的移動公路運(yùn)輸監(jiān)管系統(tǒng),同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)較小投資即可完成主動監(jiān)管貨物運(yùn)輸過程和通過手機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)方便監(jiān)管的功能。系統(tǒng)通過GIS地圖、LBS(基于位置的服務(wù))、GPS手機(jī)定位以及EDI電子數(shù)據(jù)交換為支撐建立云計(jì)算平臺,通過運(yùn)營商的運(yùn)營實(shí)現(xiàn)用手機(jī)終端和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)終端監(jiān)管公路運(yùn)輸過程的各項(xiàng)功能。
[Abstract]:Because of the looseness of cooperation between enterprises and transport service owners and cargo drivers, it is difficult to realize the initiative to locate the demand of transport vehicles in real time. Moreover, the monitoring system, which is built by the enterprise itself, has a huge investment. The mobile highway transportation supervision system based on cloud computing has been established. At the same time, the system can realize the function of actively supervising the process of goods transportation and real-time and convenient supervision through mobile phone with small investment. The system establishes cloud computing platform through the support of GIS map, GPS mobile phone positioning and EDI electronic data exchange. The mobile terminal and Internet terminal are used to supervise the road transportation process through the operation of the operator.
