【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和國際貿(mào)易的繁榮，港口作為水陸聯(lián)運的換裝地得到了巨大的發(fā)展機遇。但是，作為第一代碼頭類型的散雜貨碼頭很難適應(yīng)船舶大型化、專業(yè)化的發(fā)展趨勢，無論是在碼頭設(shè)施、機械配置等硬件上，還是在作業(yè)工藝、管理模式等軟件上，都出現(xiàn)了許多不適應(yīng)當今船舶裝卸作業(yè)需要的問題，嚴重影響了作業(yè)效率。因此，如何提高作業(yè)效率成為散雜貨碼頭決策者亟待解決的問題。 論文研究工作以天津港第五港埠有限公司散雜貨碼頭的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題為研究對象，在對散雜貨碼頭生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的實際生產(chǎn)狀況及生產(chǎn)過程特點進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合企業(yè)管理基本理論和方法，對散雜貨碼頭的生產(chǎn)計劃調(diào)度模式進行研究與探索。主要完成： （1）在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外港口碼頭生產(chǎn)計劃調(diào)度模式研究的基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析的態(tài)勢分析法(SWOT分析法)，分析并提出具體企業(yè)存在的優(yōu)勢及問題。從計劃調(diào)度模式入手，深入剖析散雜貨碼頭傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)模式，有針對性地提出適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的計劃調(diào)度模式。 （2）針對具體的計劃調(diào)度模式體系，在明確單船作業(yè)計劃和晝夜分班作業(yè)計劃的管理方法基礎(chǔ)上，，對以晝夜分班作業(yè)計劃為核心的調(diào)度模式和以五日滾動計劃為核心的調(diào)度模式進行分析，建立計劃調(diào)度工作流程。 （3）將精細化管理融入現(xiàn)場的生產(chǎn)組織，從調(diào)度室對外、對內(nèi)管理過程的兩個方面闡述了散雜貨碼頭的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)調(diào)度模式。以鐵礦石裝卸流程為例闡述了調(diào)度室對外的過程控制方案；從體制控制方面分析并建立調(diào)度室對內(nèi)的調(diào)度模式。 （4）采用計算機技術(shù)實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程的輔助管理系統(tǒng)，具體設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)及功能，完成主要功能模塊的設(shè)計，改進生產(chǎn)調(diào)度模式的實現(xiàn)方法，提高生產(chǎn)管理的科學(xué)性、合理性。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy and the prosperity of international trade, the port has got a great development opportunity as the intermodal port. However, as the first generation of bulk cargo wharf, it is difficult to adapt to the large-scale ship. The development trend of specialization, whether in hardware such as dock facilities, mechanical configuration, or in software such as operation technology and management mode, has appeared many problems that do not meet the needs of ship handling operation today. Therefore, how to improve the operational efficiency has become an urgent problem for the decision makers of bulk cargo wharf. This paper takes the production scheduling problem of bulk grocery wharf of Tianjin Port 5th Port Co., Ltd. as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the actual production situation and production process characteristics of bulk grocery wharf production system. Combined with the basic theories and methods of enterprise management, the production planning and scheduling mode of bulk cargo terminal is studied and explored. 1) on the basis of summing up the research of domestic and foreign port and wharf production planning scheduling mode, applying the situation analysis method of modern enterprise strategy analysis to analyze and put forward the advantages and problems existing in specific enterprises. This paper deeply analyzes the traditional production mode of bulk cargo wharf, and puts forward a plan and scheduling mode suitable for the development of enterprises. 2) according to the specific planning and scheduling mode system, on the basis of defining the management method of the single ship operation plan and the day and night operation plan, Based on the analysis of the scheduling mode with the day and night work plan as the core and the rolling plan of 5th as the core, the scheduling workflow is established. (3) to integrate fine management into the production organization on the spot, from the dispatching room to the outside, In this paper, two aspects of internal management process are discussed, and the production scheduling mode of bulk cargo wharf is expounded. Taking the iron ore loading and unloading process as an example, the process control scheme of the dispatching room is described. From the aspect of system control, the dispatching mode of dispatching room is analyzed and established. 4) using computer technology to realize the auxiliary management system of production process, to design and realize the structure and function of production scheduling system, to complete the design of main functional modules, and to improve the realization method of production scheduling mode. Improve the scientific nature and rationality of production management.
