望東長江大橋軟土地基處理工藝研究

【摘要】:由于地質(zhì)形成的復(fù)雜性、特殊性,在道路沿線路基下常常存在著很厚的軟土層,軟土層具有含水量高、壓縮性強、孔隙比大等缺點,會直接影響到道路的穩(wěn)定和安全。在這樣的地基上修筑道路時,如果對路基采取的處理方式不符合要求,那么在這種情況下,就會因為道路地基沉降或差異沉降過大而危害到道路的使用功能。對道路軟土地基的處理合適與否,會對路基的基礎(chǔ)承載能力產(chǎn)生直接影響,另外這也是道路在運營階段能否高效和安全運營的關(guān)鍵。因此,為了得到好的經(jīng)濟效益及社會效益,就要設(shè)計出正確合理的軟土地基處理方案,并要保證能夠迅速實施。 本文對道路工程軟土地基處理方案的選擇進行了研究,本文在對多種軟基處理方法進行了綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,,對各種軟基處理方法進行了比較和分析,然后結(jié)合安徽望東長江大橋引橋段軟土地基處理工程案例,主要對特定地質(zhì)條件下和施工條件下的雙向水泥攪拌樁、干振復(fù)合樁等軟基處理技術(shù)進行了研究,提出了以上兩種技術(shù)詳細的施工工藝、工藝參數(shù)和材料參數(shù),另外還介紹了本工程綜合應(yīng)用的挖除換填、土工格柵、土工格室、土工布、欠載預(yù)壓等處理方案的施工工藝和材料參數(shù)。 本論文結(jié)合安徽望東長江大橋引橋段道路軟土地基處理實際工程進行的研究,提出的施工工藝和材料參數(shù),經(jīng)試驗樁靜載荷試驗驗證,效果良好,達到150kpa設(shè)計要求。研究結(jié)果對相似地質(zhì)條件下的道路軟基處理可提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Due to the complexity and particularity of geological formation, there are many disadvantages under the roadbed along the road, such as high water content, strong compressibility, large porosity ratio and so on. It will directly affect the stability and safety of the road. If the treatment of the roadbed does not meet the requirements when building a road on such a foundation, then in this case, Because the settlement of the road foundation or the differential settlement is too large, it will endanger the function of the use of the road. Whether the treatment of the soft soil foundation of the road is appropriate or not will have a direct impact on the bearing capacity of the foundation of the roadbed. In addition, this is also the key to the efficient and safe operation of the road in the operation stage. Therefore, in order to obtain good economic and social benefits, we should design a correct and reasonable treatment scheme for soft soil foundation and ensure that it can be implemented quickly. In this paper, the selection of soft foundation treatment schemes for road engineering is studied. On the basis of summarizing various soft foundation treatment methods, various soft foundation treatment methods are compared and analyzed in this paper. Then combining with the soft foundation treatment project of the approach bridge section of Wangdong Yangtze River Bridge in Anhui Province, the paper mainly studies the soft foundation treatment technology of two-way cement mixing pile and dry vibration composite pile under specific geological conditions and construction conditions. The detailed construction technology, process parameters and material parameters of the above two technologies are put forward. In addition, the excavation replacement, geogrid, geogrid, geogrid, geotextile, geotextile and geotextile are also introduced. Construction technology and material parameters of underloading preloading and other treatment schemes. Based on the research of the actual engineering of soft soil foundation treatment in the approach section of Wangdong Yangtze River Bridge in Anhui Province, the construction technology and material parameters proposed are verified by the static load test of the test pile, and the results are satisfactory. The results of the study can provide a useful reference for the treatment of road soft foundation under similar geological conditions.
