基于層級(jí)模型的綜合交通樞紐選址研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮出綜合交通運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的組合優(yōu)勢(shì),建立健全安全可靠、環(huán)保經(jīng)濟(jì)的高效綜合運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)。綜合交通樞紐是綜合運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中的重要成分,也是多種交通運(yùn)輸方式交匯銜接的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。切實(shí)推進(jìn)綜合交通樞紐的建設(shè),是整合多種運(yùn)輸方式、合理利用運(yùn)輸資源、有效提高客運(yùn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量和運(yùn)輸效率的關(guān)鍵。 科學(xué)合理地進(jìn)行綜合交通樞紐的建設(shè),對(duì)于促進(jìn)多種交通方式高效銜接、優(yōu)化各城市運(yùn)輸結(jié)構(gòu)和方便乘客出行具有重要意義。我國(guó)雖然早已開(kāi)始對(duì)于綜合交通樞紐選址問(wèn)題的研究,但既有的研究多著眼于實(shí)體交通樞紐,且少有針對(duì)層級(jí)模型的研究。 本文結(jié)合綜合交通樞紐規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論,借鑒層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)的思想,采用最優(yōu)化理論與方法,對(duì)宏觀(guān)綜合交通樞紐的選址問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)通過(guò)分析綜合交通樞紐的基本屬性、分類(lèi)方法,界定了本文的研究范圍,建立了基于層次分析法的綜合交通樞紐候選點(diǎn)的需求綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,用以衡量樞紐的重要度。 (2)從層級(jí)模型的思想出發(fā),提出嵌套型樞紐選址模型。在候選點(diǎn)存在最大最小服務(wù)能力約束的確定型環(huán)境下,建立以總周轉(zhuǎn)量最小為目標(biāo)的嵌套型宏觀(guān)綜合交通樞紐選址模型,并設(shè)計(jì)用于求解該問(wèn)題的自適應(yīng)免疫克隆算法。 (3)在確定型綜合交通樞紐選址模型的基礎(chǔ)上,引入隨機(jī)機(jī)會(huì)約束,建立隨機(jī)環(huán)境下的綜合交通樞紐選址模型。 (4)根據(jù)交通方式的交匯和需求指數(shù),以定性和定量相結(jié)合的方式,確定出廣東省城市級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)初步的層級(jí)劃分方案。結(jié)合廣東省城市級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)的需求綜合評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù),對(duì)包含層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)的選址模型進(jìn)行了求解,得出綜合交通樞紐的選址方案。同時(shí)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行敏感度分析,總結(jié)參數(shù)變化對(duì)于模型結(jié)果的影響。 (5)設(shè)計(jì)使用混合智能算法對(duì)含有隨機(jī)機(jī)會(huì)約束的層級(jí)模型進(jìn)行求解,驗(yàn)證算法的可行性,并提出對(duì)于模型改進(jìn)的意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered the key period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The transportation industry should give full play to the combined advantages of the comprehensive transportation system, and establish and improve the safety and reliability. The integrated transportation hub is an important component of the integrated transportation system and a key link in the intersection of various modes of transportation. It is the key to integrate various modes of transportation, make rational use of transportation resources, and effectively improve the quality of passenger transport service and transportation efficiency. The construction of a scientific and reasonable comprehensive transportation hub will promote the efficient connection of various modes of transportation. It is of great significance to optimize the transport structure of cities and facilitate passenger travel. Although China has already begun to study the location of integrated transportation hubs, the existing studies are mostly focused on physical transport hubs, and there are few studies on hierarchical models. Based on the theory of planning and design of integrated transportation hub and the idea of hierarchical structure, this paper studies the location problem of macro integrated transportation hub by using optimization theory and method. The main contents are as follows:. 1) by analyzing the basic attribute and classification method of the integrated transportation hub, the research scope of this paper is defined, and the comprehensive evaluation index system of the demand of the candidate points of the integrated transportation hub based on the analytic hierarchy process is established, which can be used to measure the importance of the hub. 2) based on the idea of hierarchical model, a nesting hub location model is put forward. In a certain environment where candidate points have maximum and minimum service capacity constraints, a nested macro integrated transportation hub location model with the goal of minimum total turnover is established. An adaptive immune clone algorithm is designed to solve the problem. 3) on the basis of determining the location model of integrated transportation hub, the random opportunity constraint is introduced to establish the location model of integrated transportation hub in random environment. (4) according to the intersection and demand index of traffic modes, the preliminary hierarchical division scheme of urban nodes in Guangdong Province is determined by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and combined with the comprehensive evaluation index of the needs of urban nodes in Guangdong Province, The location model including hierarchical structure is solved and the location scheme of integrated transportation hub is obtained. The sensitivity of the model is analyzed and the influence of parameter change on the result of the model is summarized. 5) the hybrid intelligent algorithm is used to solve the hierarchical model with random chance constraint, which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the model.
