混凝土路面切縫技術(shù)及其設(shè)備的研究

【摘要】:混凝土路面切縫技術(shù)在路面施工中是非常重要的,混凝土路面切縫質(zhì)量的好壞,將直接影響路面的使用壽命和行車(chē)的安全性。如果混凝土路面同時(shí)受到溫度應(yīng)力和車(chē)輛載荷的重復(fù)作用下,混凝土路面會(huì)很容易產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力集中,那么混凝土面板就可能斷裂或者面層出現(xiàn)不規(guī)則裂縫;炷谅访媲锌p技術(shù)能夠使路面產(chǎn)生規(guī)則裂縫,從而可以提高路面的使用壽命和行車(chē)的安全性。 本論文的主要科研成果如下: (1)通過(guò)對(duì)混凝土路面切縫的方式、成型機(jī)理及混凝土路面的養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間、環(huán)境溫度等因素的分析,確定最佳切縫的時(shí)間,掌握切縫的時(shí)間是防治路面的裂縫問(wèn)題的主要因素。 (2)分析不同工況下混凝土路面切縫施工工藝:普通水泥混凝土路面的切縫施工、橋面混凝土的切縫施工、修補(bǔ)普通混凝土路面(坑洞修補(bǔ)時(shí))切縫施工,即分析了接縫的結(jié)構(gòu)、接縫施工的要求和步驟。 (3)介紹金剛石鋸片的發(fā)展及不同領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的應(yīng)用、金剛石鋸片的結(jié)構(gòu)、磨損和影響切割性能因素,并提出了優(yōu)化;對(duì)金剛石鋸片切割水泥混凝土路面進(jìn)行受力分析。 (4)金剛石鋸片切割混凝土進(jìn)行ANSYS仿真分析。通過(guò)鋸片受力仿真分析可以得到它的最大等效應(yīng)力值,然后與許用應(yīng)力進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,就可以得出這種鋸片能否遭到破壞。最后對(duì)不同切縫深度下混凝土進(jìn)行虛擬仿真分析。
[Abstract]:The technology of cutting joint of concrete pavement is very important in pavement construction, the quality of cutting joint of concrete pavement is good or bad, It will directly affect the service life of the pavement and the safety of driving. If the concrete pavement is subjected to the repeated action of both temperature stress and vehicle load, the concrete pavement will easily produce stress concentration. Then the concrete face slab may break or there will be irregular cracks in the surface layer. The technology of cutting joint of concrete pavement can make the pavement produce regular crack which can improve the service life of pavement and the safety of driving. The main achievements of this thesis are as follows:. 1) through the analysis of the way of cutting joint of concrete pavement, forming mechanism, curing time of concrete pavement, environment temperature and so on, determining the best time of cutting joint and mastering the time of cutting joint are the main factors to prevent and cure the crack problem of road surface. (2) analyzing the construction technology of concrete pavement cutting joint under different working conditions: common cement concrete pavement cutting joint construction, bridge deck concrete cutting joint construction, repairing ordinary concrete pavement (when repairing hole), cutting joint construction, that is, analyzing the structure of joint, Requirements and procedures for joint construction. This paper introduces the development of diamond saw blade and its application in different fields, the structure, wear and influence factors of cutting performance of diamond saw blade, and puts forward the optimization, and analyzes the force of cutting cement concrete pavement with diamond saw blade. The ANSYS simulation analysis of diamond saw blade cutting concrete is carried out. Through the simulation analysis of saw blade force, the maximum equal effect force value can be obtained, and then the allowable stress is compared and analyzed. It can be concluded that the saw blade can be damaged. Finally, virtual simulation analysis of concrete with different slit depth is carried out.
