【摘要】：本論文以斯里蘭卡CKE項(xiàng)目為依托,針對(duì)海外地理、氣候、工程和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的特點(diǎn),對(duì)路面瀝青混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)和施工質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行了研究。首先,一般性的,從瀝青混合料的配合比設(shè)計(jì)入手,對(duì)原材料的主要技術(shù)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐沫h(huán)境條件和施工生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)目標(biāo)配合比和生產(chǎn)配合比進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)生產(chǎn)配合比進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)表明該生產(chǎn)配合比下的瀝青混凝土路面錄用性能符合規(guī)范要求。其次,結(jié)合斯里蘭卡CKE項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),對(duì)海外公路工程施工組織和成本控制進(jìn)行了研究。施工組織設(shè)計(jì)需要考慮到機(jī)械設(shè)備運(yùn)輸、材料采購、人員安全和思想教育等方面。成本控制也需要結(jié)合海外材料市場(chǎng)和當(dāng)?shù)厝斯な袌?chǎng)的環(huán)境,海外采購市場(chǎng)與國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格差距不小,同時(shí)還要考慮海關(guān)通關(guān)等費(fèi)用。人工市場(chǎng)價(jià)格一般比較低廉,但是需要通過分包方式進(jìn)行管理。最后,針對(duì)斯里蘭卡CKE項(xiàng)目試驗(yàn)路施工和室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),提出了施工工藝和質(zhì)量控制與評(píng)價(jià)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過對(duì)施工質(zhì)量的控制,對(duì)面層檢測(cè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)果表明該施工質(zhì)量良好,符合規(guī)范要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the Sri Lankan CKE project and the characteristics of overseas geography, climate, engineering and market environment, this paper studies the mix design and construction quality control of pavement asphalt concrete. Starting with the mix ratio design of asphalt mixture, the main technical properties of raw materials are tested. On this basis, combined with the local environmental conditions and actual conditions of construction and production, the target mix ratio and production mix ratio are designed. The test results show that the performance of asphalt concrete pavement under the production mix ratio meets the requirements of the specification. Secondly, considering the characteristics of Sri Lanka CKE project, The construction organization and cost control of overseas highway projects are studied. The construction organization design needs to take into account the transportation of machinery and equipment, the procurement of materials, Personnel safety, ideological education and other aspects. Cost control also needs to be combined with the environment of the overseas material market and the local labor market. The price gap between the overseas purchasing market and the domestic market is not small. At the same time, we also have to consider customs clearance and other costs. The labor market price is generally relatively low, but it needs to be managed by subcontracting. Finally, in view of the Sri Lankan CKE project test road construction and indoor testing, The construction technology and the standard of quality control and evaluation are put forward. Through the control of construction quality and the data analysis of the test index of the opposite layer, the result shows that the construction quality is good and meets the requirements of the code.
