Several DTA models are listed and analysed. The conclusion that there exist some unconquered shortness of the DTA models comes from the analysis about DTA model's assumes and their structures. Finally,a new idea on solving traffic control and route guidance problem is given from the point of view of intelligent traffic system(ITS).
