行人過街設(shè)施設(shè)置的關(guān)鍵問題研究

【摘要】:步行交通是城市交通的重要組成部分,行人在整個混合交通中處于弱勢群體的地位,行人過街的安全性和舒適性得不到保障。行人過街設(shè)施是城市交通設(shè)施的重要組成部分,也是整個步行系統(tǒng)不可或缺的環(huán)節(jié),可為行人提供安全的過街通道,減少交通事故的發(fā)生。目前,行人過街設(shè)施雖然在一定程度上發(fā)揮了其功能與作用,但在其設(shè)置上依然存在很多問題。科學合理地設(shè)置行人過街設(shè)施,可在一定程度上改善城市交通運行狀況,保證行人過街設(shè)施的有效利用,從而更好地服務于行人。因此,研究行人過街設(shè)施選型、選址和合理間距三個關(guān)鍵問題,優(yōu)化行人過街設(shè)施設(shè)置具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。 論文首先介紹了行人過街設(shè)施的基本組成、不同型式的特點以及設(shè)置形式,分析了行人過街設(shè)施的服務特性,并對行人過街設(shè)施存在的問題進行了總結(jié)。 其次,通過實地調(diào)查分析了行人過街的交通流特性,通過調(diào)查問卷的形式研究了過街行為特性和心理特性,包括違法行為、行人極限等待時間、可接受繞行距離和對過街設(shè)施的選擇偏好。 接著,本文綜合考慮三個關(guān)鍵問題對行人過街設(shè)施功能的影響及其相互聯(lián)系,提出行人過街設(shè)施類型、位置和合理間距的綜合計算方法體系。通過對方法體系中的三個關(guān)鍵問題進行研究,提出基于定性和定量分析的“二階段”行人過街設(shè)施選型方法,第一階段建立行人過街設(shè)施選型的基本原則,第二階段以行人極限等待時間為約束條件,結(jié)合道路狀況、車輛運行狀況和行人過街特性,建立行人過街設(shè)施的設(shè)置條件;以所有使用行人過街設(shè)施的行人步行距離之和最小為目標,建立選址的定量分析模型:以車輛和行人延誤之和最小為目標,確定平面過街設(shè)施的合理間距。根據(jù)行人過街設(shè)施設(shè)置的方法體系,結(jié)合三個關(guān)鍵問題的研究,運用MATLAB軟件進行程序開發(fā),在程序里輸入相應參數(shù),從而輸出行人過街設(shè)施的類型和位置。 最后,運用實例分析驗證行人過街設(shè)施設(shè)置的方法體系的可行性。
[Abstract]:Pedestrian traffic is an important part of urban traffic, pedestrian is in the position of weak group in the whole mixed traffic, the safety and comfort of pedestrian crossing are not guaranteed. Pedestrian crossing facilities is an important part of urban traffic facilities. It is also an indispensable link in the whole walking system, which can provide safe passage for pedestrians and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents. At present, pedestrian crossing facilities have played their functions and functions to a certain extent. However, there are still many problems in setting up pedestrian crossing facilities. To a certain extent, setting up pedestrian crossing facilities can improve the operation of urban traffic to a certain extent, ensure the effective utilization of pedestrian crossing facilities, and serve pedestrians better. It is of great practical significance to study the selection of pedestrian crossing facilities, site selection and reasonable spacing, and to optimize pedestrian crossing facilities. The paper first introduces the basic composition of pedestrian crossing facilities, different types of characteristics and settings, analyzes the service characteristics of pedestrian crossing facilities, and summarizes the problems existing in pedestrian crossing facilities. Secondly, the characteristics of pedestrian traffic flow are analyzed through field investigation, and the behavior and psychological characteristics of pedestrian crossing are studied by questionnaire, including illegal behavior, pedestrian limit waiting time. Acceptable detour distance and preference for crossing facilities. Then, considering the influence of three key problems on pedestrian crossing facilities and their interrelation, this paper puts forward the pedestrian crossing facilities type. Based on the study of three key problems in the method system, a "two-stage" pedestrian crossing facility selection method based on qualitative and quantitative analysis is proposed. In the first stage, the basic principles of pedestrian crossing facilities selection are established. In the second stage, the limit waiting time of pedestrians is taken as the constraint condition, and the setting conditions of pedestrian crossing facilities are established in combination with the road condition, vehicle running condition and pedestrian crossing characteristics. Taking the minimum walking distance of all pedestrian crossing facilities as the goal, a quantitative analysis model of location selection was established: the minimum of vehicle and pedestrian delays was taken as the goal, According to the method system of setting pedestrian crossing facilities, combined with the research of three key problems, the program is developed by using MATLAB software, and the corresponding parameters are input into the program. Thus the type and location of pedestrian crossing facilities are outputted. Finally, the feasibility of setting up pedestrian crossing facilities is verified by an example.
