連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工安全技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近些年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)公路交通事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,橋梁的跨越能力越來(lái)越強(qiáng),各類大跨徑橋梁在我國(guó)修建,其中預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋在設(shè)計(jì)中的頻繁采用尤為突出。與同類橋(如連續(xù)梁橋、T形剛構(gòu)橋)相比:多跨剛構(gòu)橋保持了上部構(gòu)造連續(xù)梁的屬性,具有跨越能力大、施工難度小、行車舒順、養(yǎng)護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便、造價(jià)較低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因此在我國(guó)新建橋梁中占的比重急劇增大。 論文研究和總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì),并結(jié)合工程實(shí)例(以三水河特大連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋?yàn)槔⿲?duì)施工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的安全管理和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)施工過(guò)程中各種生產(chǎn)施工工藝的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析和論證,,對(duì)大跨度連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的施工安全技術(shù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)理論的論證。通過(guò)對(duì)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工安全技術(shù)分析,使得此類橋梁的施工安全技術(shù)更加可靠、并能減少損失,使得施工更加優(yōu)化。研究成果具有實(shí)用價(jià)值。 研究將具體分為如下四部分闡述:第一部分現(xiàn)階段連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工安全問(wèn)題的由來(lái)。第二部分通過(guò)對(duì)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展情況、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),分析連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工特點(diǎn)。第三部分將從施工組織,機(jī)械使用等特點(diǎn)對(duì)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工安全管理問(wèn)題提出技術(shù)措施。第四部分將通過(guò)工程實(shí)例(三水河特大橋)的施工工藝和注意事項(xiàng)來(lái)解決連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工安全問(wèn)題,與此同時(shí)將進(jìn)行施工安全技術(shù)的理論論述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of highway transportation in our country, the span ability of bridges is more and more strong, all kinds of long-span bridges are built in our country. Compared with similar bridges (such as T-shaped rigid frame bridges), multi-span rigid frame bridges maintain the properties of superstructure continuous beams, and have a large span ability, especially in the design of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridges. The construction difficulty is small, the traffic is smooth, the maintenance is simple and the cost is low, so the proportion of new bridges in our country increases rapidly. This paper studies and summarizes the development status and trend of continuous rigid frame bridge at home and abroad, and studies the safety management and technology in the process of construction and production in combination with engineering examples (taking Sanshuihe super continuous rigid frame bridge as an example). This paper analyzes and demonstrates the key points and difficulties of various production and construction techniques during construction, and proves the construction safety technology of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge in a scientific and theoretical way, through the analysis of construction safety technology of continuous rigid frame bridge. It makes the construction safety technology of this kind of bridge more reliable, and can reduce the loss and make the construction more optimized. The research results have practical value. The research will be divided into the following four parts: the first part of the continuous rigid frame bridge construction safety problems, the second part of the continuous rigid frame bridge development at home and abroad, structural characteristics, Analysis of the construction characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridges. The third part will be organized from the construction, This paper puts forward technical measures for the construction safety management of continuous rigid frame bridge. 4th part will solve the construction safety problem of continuous rigid frame bridge by engineering example (Sanshuihe super bridge) construction technology and matters needing attention. At the same time, the construction safety technology will be discussed theoretically.
