物流園區(qū)共同配送車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:物流園區(qū)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃建設(shè)中有必要從現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā),深入研究客戶需求,整合現(xiàn)有物流資源構(gòu)建物流園區(qū)共同配送模式,同時優(yōu)化物流園區(qū)共同配送車輛調(diào)度,最大限度的提高物流園區(qū)企業(yè)物流資源的使用效率,剔除不必要的物流環(huán)節(jié),降低企業(yè)的物流成本,在提升物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量的同時獲取最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,因此本文對物流園區(qū)共同配送車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化研究具有十分重要的意義。 首先,分析物流園區(qū)的含義及分類、配送的含義及發(fā)展歷程,闡述共同配送為企業(yè)帶來的效益,同時從企業(yè)參與共同配送的情況、共同配送的內(nèi)容、開展共同配送的目的以及開展共同配送后的效果四個方面對日本開展共同配送情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì),提出在物流園區(qū)建設(shè)中規(guī)劃共同配送模式是很有必要的。 其次,從物流園區(qū)配送現(xiàn)狀著手,分析其主要問題,提出物流園區(qū)發(fā)展共同配送模式的未來發(fā)展趨勢,同時對物流園區(qū)采取的自營配送模式、第三方物流配送模式以及共同配送模三種經(jīng)典模式進(jìn)行對比,構(gòu)建物流園區(qū)的配送成本模型,建立基于量本利模型的物流園區(qū)配送模式選擇模型。 最后,分析物流園區(qū)共同配送中心配送客戶的優(yōu)先級確定方法,構(gòu)建基于系統(tǒng)聚類方法和優(yōu)先度系數(shù)模型確定配送客戶優(yōu)先級,同時分析配送過程中所產(chǎn)生各種成本,包括:配送運輸成本、配送延遲或者提前的懲罰成本以及超里程補償費用成本,并構(gòu)建配送成本函數(shù)表達(dá)式,同時提出相關(guān)約束條件,構(gòu)建基于優(yōu)先級的物流園區(qū)共同配送車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,并提出模型的求解思路和算法,并通過算例驗證模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the planning and construction of the logistics park, it is necessary to study the customer demand, integrate the existing logistics resources, construct the joint distribution mode of the logistics park, and optimize the vehicle scheduling of the logistics park joint distribution from the point of view of the modern logistics system. To maximize the use of logistics resources to improve the efficiency of logistics park enterprises, eliminate unnecessary logistics links, reduce the logistics costs of enterprises, improve the quality of logistics services at the same time to obtain the greatest economic benefits. Therefore, this paper is of great significance to the research of vehicle scheduling optimization in logistics park. First of all, it analyzes the meaning and classification of logistics park, the meaning and development of distribution, expounds the benefits that joint distribution brings to enterprises, at the same time, from the situation of enterprises participating in joint distribution, the content of joint distribution. The purpose of joint distribution and the effect of joint distribution in Japan are discussed in detail. It is necessary to plan the joint distribution mode in the construction of logistics park. Secondly, starting from the distribution status of logistics park, analyzing its main problems, the paper puts forward the future development trend of logistics park to develop common distribution mode, and at the same time, the self-supporting distribution mode adopted in logistics park. By comparing the three classical modes of third-party logistics distribution and common distribution model, this paper constructs the distribution cost model of logistics park, and establishes the model of logistics park distribution mode selection based on volume cost model. Finally, the paper analyzes the priority determination method of the distribution customer in the common distribution center of logistics park, constructs the system clustering method and priority coefficient model to determine the priority of the distribution customer, and analyzes the various costs generated in the distribution process. It includes: transportation cost of distribution, penalty cost of delay or advance of delivery and cost of compensation for exceeding mileage, and the function expression of distribution cost is constructed, and relevant constraints are put forward. A priority based vehicle scheduling optimization model for joint distribution of logistics parks is proposed, and an algorithm for solving the model is proposed, and the validity of the model is verified by an example.
