京包鐵路分離式立交轉體橋施工控制技術研究

【摘要】:隨著大規(guī);A設施建設,將不可避免地出現新建橋梁跨越既有路線,特別是跨越高速公路、高速鐵路等重要路線。為盡可能減小橋梁施工對線下運營的影響,同時保證線路交叉的安全和經濟適用,轉體方法施工的橋梁逐步增加。 京包鐵路分離式立交橋為跨越京包鐵路的一座大橋,跨徑為2×75m,結構形式為預應力混凝土變截面T型剛構橋,首先采用平行鐵路搭設支架現澆施工,然后平行轉體跨越鐵路,轉體角度為62.5度。 本文依托京包鐵路分離式立交橋的轉體施工,通過有限元仿真分析和現場施工監(jiān)控以及轉體過程監(jiān)測研究,說明京包鐵路分離式立交橋轉體施工控制的關鍵技術的解決方案,為其它類似橋梁的施工控制提供借鑒。本文主要研究內容如下: (1)介紹轉體施工的有關原理及方法,以及施工控制的主要流程,從而確定本文的主要研究內容。 (2)根據京包鐵路分離式立交橋轉體施工的特點,,分析施工過程模擬計算的重點和難點,采用MIDAS Civil軟件進行空間建模分析,確定合理成橋狀態(tài)以及施工階段的線形和應力結果,以便指導現場施工,同時運用Abaqus軟件建立球鉸構造細部分析模型,對球鉸受力狀態(tài)進行分析。 (3)介紹T型剛構轉體橋線形監(jiān)控控制原理,提供預拱度指令指導現場施工,同時根據施工實際對有關線形控制參數進行監(jiān)測,得出線形控制的有關結論。 (4)介紹T型干夠轉體橋控制斷面的應力監(jiān)測方法,傳感器布置要點,同時根據施工過程中監(jiān)測重點斷面的應力數值,確保施工過程安全。 (5)介紹京包鐵路分離式立交橋轉體施工監(jiān)測監(jiān)控技術,重點介紹下轉盤應力監(jiān)測、墩柱底部應力監(jiān)測、T構不平衡力矩測試、轉體過程監(jiān)測的原理及方法,保證轉體安全順利進行。 綜上,通過對京包鐵路分離式立交橋轉體施工控制技術研究,研究結果和結論可以為同類橋梁設計、施工及運營管理等部門提供指導,并進行相應的優(yōu)化管理。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale infrastructure construction, it is inevitable that new bridges will cross the existing routes, especially the highway, high-speed railway and other important routes. In order to minimize the impact of bridge construction on off-line operation, At the same time, the safety and economic applicability of the crossing are ensured, and the number of bridges constructed by the rotation method is gradually increased. The separated interchange of Beijing-Baotong Railway is a bridge spanning Beijing-Bao-Baotong Railway with a span of 2 脳 75m.The structure is a T-type rigid frame bridge with prestressed concrete variable cross-section. First, the cast-in-situ construction of the support is used for parallel railway construction, and then the parallel rotation is used to cross the railway. The angle of rotation is 62.5 degrees. Based on the rotary construction of the separated interchange of Beijing-Bao-Baotong Railway, this paper explains the solution of the key technology of the construction control of the separated overpass of Beijing-Bao-Baotong Railway through finite element simulation analysis, on-site construction monitoring and monitoring research on the rotation process. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) introduce the principle and method of rotary construction, and the main flow of construction control, and confirm the main research contents of this paper. 2) according to the characteristics of rotary construction of separated interchange bridge of Jingbao railway, the emphasis and difficulty of simulation calculation of construction process are analyzed, and the spatial modeling analysis is carried out by using MIDAS Civil software to determine the reasonable state of the bridge and the results of alignment and stress in the construction stage. In order to guide site construction and use Abaqus software to establish the detailed analysis model of spherical hinge structure, the stress state of ball hinge is analyzed. This paper introduces the principle of linear monitoring and control of T-type rigid frame rotary bridge, and provides the instruction of pre-camber to guide the field construction. At the same time, according to the actual construction practice, it monitors the parameters of the linear control, and draws the relevant conclusions of the linear control. This paper introduces the stress monitoring method of the control section of T type dry enough rotary bridge and the main points of sensor arrangement. At the same time, according to the stress value of the key section monitored during construction, the safety of construction process is ensured. This paper introduces the monitoring and monitoring technology of the rotary construction of the separated interchange bridge of Beijing-Bao railway, with emphasis on the stress monitoring of the lower turntable, the stress monitoring on the bottom of the pier column and the testing of the unbalance moment of the T structure, and the principle and method of the monitoring of the rotation process. To ensure the safe and smooth running of the rotation. In summary, through the research on the construction control technology of the separated interchange bridge of Beijing-Bao-Baotong Railway, the research results and conclusions can provide guidance for the similar departments of bridge design, construction and operation management, and carry on the corresponding optimization management.
