溫拌再生瀝青混合料的溫度控制方法及路用性能

【摘要】:為解決溫拌再生瀝青混合料(WMRA)設計與施工過程中的溫度控制問題,提出了摻入Sasobit的WMRA的拌和與成型溫度、新集料加熱溫度的確定方法,對WMRA和熱拌再生瀝青混合料(HMRA)進行Marshall試驗、浸水車轍試驗、低溫彎曲試驗和水穩(wěn)定性試驗,對比分析WMRA和HMRA的空隙率(VV)和路用性能。研究結果表明:提出的方法能夠準確計算WMRA的拌和溫度、成型溫度和新集料加熱溫度;當再生利用廢舊瀝青路面材料(RAP)摻配比例較小且降低13℃成型時,WMRA與HMRA具有接近的空隙率,說明Sasobit的降溫幅度約為13℃,能提高RAP的摻配比例近10.3%;與HMRA相比,WMRA具有更優(yōu)的高溫穩(wěn)定性,具有相近的低溫彎曲應變、殘留穩(wěn)定度和凍融劈裂強度比;WMRA和HMRA高溫穩(wěn)定性和低溫抗彎拉強度均隨著RAP比例的提高而增加,而低溫彎曲應變、殘留穩(wěn)定度和凍融劈裂強度比均隨著RAP比例的提高而降低。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of temperature control in the process of design and construction of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture (WMRA), the method of determining the mixing and forming temperature and the heating temperature of new aggregate is put forward. Marshall test, immersion rutting test, low temperature bending test and water stability test were carried out on WMRA and hot mix recycled asphalt mixture. The results show that the proposed method can accurately calculate the mixing temperature, forming temperature and heating temperature of new aggregate for WMRA and HMRA.
