【摘要】:城市出租車(chē)是樹(shù)立城市形象的重要窗口,出租車(chē)服務(wù)水平的高低直接反映一個(gè)城市文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展水平。然而,隨著出租車(chē)規(guī)模的壯大,出租車(chē)交通系統(tǒng)的問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越突出,龐大的出租車(chē)隊(duì)伍和有限的出租車(chē)停靠站點(diǎn)引發(fā)了出租車(chē)停車(chē)難問(wèn)題,使得很多出租車(chē)不得不在路邊隨意停車(chē)干擾了正常交通的順暢運(yùn)行,最為嚴(yán)重的是出租車(chē)司機(jī)的休息難、吃飯難、如廁難問(wèn)題,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的連續(xù)駕駛和無(wú)規(guī)律的生活作息導(dǎo)致很多出租車(chē)司機(jī)無(wú)論是身體還是心理都處于亞健康狀態(tài),此外出租車(chē)車(chē)輛正常保養(yǎng)、維修問(wèn)題也常常困擾著司機(jī)。因此,為了解決這些問(wèn)題有必要規(guī)劃建設(shè)一個(gè)方便完善的專(zhuān)門(mén)為出租車(chē)和出租車(chē)司機(jī)服務(wù)的出租車(chē)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),即出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)。 本文以福州市區(qū)出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)為研究對(duì)象,著重對(duì)其選址規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究。論文首先簡(jiǎn)要概述了出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的定義、分類(lèi)及其重要性;接著在介紹福州市總體發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了福州市出租車(chē)交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和福州市出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并重點(diǎn)分析了福州市出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題。 論文分析了出租車(chē)服務(wù)需求的影響因素,利用三種方法預(yù)測(cè)福州市出租車(chē)發(fā)展規(guī)模,以此為基礎(chǔ)確定各個(gè)交通小區(qū)的出租車(chē)服務(wù)需求量;根據(jù)出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址的原則和影響因素,在現(xiàn)有選址模型的基礎(chǔ)上,以出租車(chē)司機(jī)的效益最優(yōu)為目標(biāo),以出租車(chē)服務(wù)需求、土地限制、乘客出租車(chē)需求為約束,在選定備選網(wǎng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了約束型選址模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了遺傳算法對(duì)其求解;針對(duì)福州市現(xiàn)有出租車(chē)服務(wù)站點(diǎn)特點(diǎn),將該模型和算法用于福州市區(qū)一級(jí)出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址規(guī)劃,確定選址方案并對(duì)方案做出評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)還定性給出了二級(jí)、三級(jí)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的規(guī)劃。 最后,總結(jié)了論文的主要研究成果,并提出出租車(chē)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局規(guī)劃研究的未來(lái)展望。
[Abstract]:City taxi is an important window to set up city image. The level of taxi service directly reflects the development level of a city's culture and economy. However, as the scale of taxi grows, The problems of the taxi transportation system are also becoming more and more prominent. The huge number of taxi teams and the limited number of taxi stops have caused the problem of taxi parking difficulties. As a result, many taxis have to stop at random on the roadside to interfere with the smooth operation of normal traffic. The most serious problems are the difficulty for taxi drivers to rest, eat and go to the toilet. Long periods of continuous driving and irregular living and rest lead to many taxi drivers in a sub-healthy state, both physically and psychologically. In addition, taxi vehicle maintenance and repair problems often plague drivers. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to plan and build a convenient and perfect taxi service system for taxis and taxi drivers, that is, taxi service network. In this paper, Fuzhou urban taxi service network as the research object, focusing on its location planning. Firstly, the paper briefly outlines the definition, classification and importance of taxi service network; Then on the basis of introducing the overall development of Fuzhou, the paper analyzes the current situation of Fuzhou taxi traffic development and Fuzhou taxi service network development, and focuses on the analysis of Fuzhou taxi service network construction problems. The paper analyzes the influencing factors of taxi service demand, uses three methods to predict the scale of Fuzhou taxi development, and determines the demand for taxi service in each traffic district. According to the principle and influencing factors of taxi service network location, on the basis of the existing location model, taking the benefit of taxi driver as the goal, the taxi service demand, the land restriction and the passenger taxi demand as constraints. Based on the selection of alternative network sites, a constrained location model is constructed, and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem, aiming at the characteristics of the existing taxi service stations in Fuzhou. The model and algorithm are applied to the location planning of the first class taxi service network in Fuzhou city, and the location scheme is determined and evaluated. At the same time, the planning of the second and third grade service network is given qualitatively. Finally, the paper summarizes the main research results, and puts forward the future prospect of taxi service network layout planning.
