全自動(dòng)立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的研究與構(gòu)建

【摘要】:隨著近年來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的增長(zhǎng)、城市規(guī)范化建設(shè)的加速,城市的汽車停放問(wèn)題已經(jīng)越發(fā)嚴(yán)重。自動(dòng)化立體車庫(kù)是解決這一問(wèn)題的必然出路。本文的研究目的在于探索智能化程度更高,同時(shí)兼具良好性價(jià)比的城市停車設(shè)備,研究成果將有效解決車輛停放擁擠問(wèn)題。 文中對(duì)比各類立體車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu),選取垂直升降式立體車庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,采用直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)橫移裝置;依據(jù)實(shí)際尺寸設(shè)計(jì)主要部件外形;由Pro/e建模并裝配驗(yàn)證整體布局合理性;利用Workbench對(duì)關(guān)鍵零件進(jìn)行力學(xué)分析驗(yàn)證可靠性。 設(shè)計(jì)立體車庫(kù)控制方案,確定車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的要求,規(guī)劃控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能及組成。設(shè)計(jì)車庫(kù)傳感器檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),主要檢測(cè)車輛位置、高度、載車板有無(wú)車、車庫(kù)內(nèi)部是否有人、防墜掛鉤狀態(tài)、視頻監(jiān)控及安防措施。 設(shè)計(jì)立體車庫(kù)PLC控制系統(tǒng),選取S7-300系列PLC為控制中心,由STEP7軟件進(jìn)行硬件組態(tài)。確定立體車庫(kù)存取車流程,根據(jù)存取車流程構(gòu)建控制系統(tǒng)原理圖,分配I/O點(diǎn),采用梯形圖語(yǔ)言編寫包括電機(jī)控制在內(nèi)的主要控制程序。增加立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)短信發(fā)送功能。 以西門子工業(yè)軟件PCS7V8.0作為系統(tǒng)軟件,利用其集成STEP7與Wincc的功能,將STEP7內(nèi)編寫的梯形圖程序與Wincc內(nèi)繪制的監(jiān)控畫面相連接,,通過(guò)操作監(jiān)控畫面觀察各設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),檢測(cè)所編寫程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)上位機(jī)畫面仿真運(yùn)行功能。 通過(guò)系列研究,改進(jìn)了垂直升降式立體車庫(kù)橫移裝置結(jié)構(gòu);構(gòu)建了垂直升降式立體車庫(kù)的控制方案,設(shè)計(jì)控制程序,完成上位機(jī)監(jiān)控模擬,改進(jìn)了部分功能。計(jì)算機(jī)模擬結(jié)果表明該方式具有可行性,對(duì)立體停車設(shè)備的發(fā)展具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:With the growth of our country's economic level in recent years, the construction of urban standardization has accelerated. The problem of car parking in cities has become more and more serious. The automatic three-dimensional garage is the inevitable way to solve this problem. The purpose of this paper is to explore more intelligent and cost-effective parking equipment in the city. The research results will effectively solve the problem of parking congestion. In this paper, the vertical lift stereo garage is chosen as the research object, the linear motor drive the transverse movement device, the main parts shape is designed according to the actual size, and the Pro/e model and assembly verify the rationality of the overall layout. The reliability of key parts is verified by mechanical analysis with Workbench. Design three-dimensional garage control scheme, determine the requirements of garage control system, planning control system structure, function and composition. Whether the garage is manned, anti-fall hook state, video surveillance and security measures. The PLC control system of stereoscopic garage is designed. The S7-300 series PLC is selected as the control center, and the hardware configuration is carried out by STEP7 software. The flow chart of the control system is established according to the process of the access car, and the I / O points are allocated. The main control program including motor control is compiled by ladder diagram language, and the short message sending function of stereo garage control system is added. The Siemens industrial software PCS7V8.0 is used as the system software and the function of integrating STEP7 and Wincc is used to connect the trapezoidal diagram program written in STEP7 with the monitoring picture drawn in Wincc. The operating state of each equipment is observed by operating the monitoring screen. Test the program, realize the upper computer screen simulation operation function. Through a series of studies, the structure of the vertical lifting stereoscopic garage is improved, the control scheme of the vertical lifting stereo garage is constructed, the control program is designed, and the monitoring simulation of the upper computer is completed. The computer simulation results show that the method is feasible and has a positive significance for the development of stereoscopic parking equipment.
