鋼桁橋腹桿過焊孔處焊接細(xì)節(jié)疲勞性能研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展和交通的迫切需求,加上鋼桁梁能應(yīng)用于多種橋型之中,修建的鋼桁橋也就越來(lái)越多。在重復(fù)的交變荷載作用下,鋼橋疲勞問題越來(lái)越顯著,己成為國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)問題之一。鋼桁橋作為大中跨鋼橋采用的主要形式之一,但對(duì)一些焊接細(xì)節(jié)的疲勞問題研究還不夠深入,因此在回顧了鋼桁橋疲勞事故的基礎(chǔ)上,采用熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力法計(jì)算鋼桁橋腹桿過焊孔處焊接細(xì)節(jié)的疲勞壽命。具體分為以下幾個(gè)方面:1.對(duì)鋼橋疲勞壽命評(píng)估理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)試件的幾何尺寸設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行介紹。通過疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)得到帶過焊孔的焊接細(xì)節(jié)及在過焊孔處填半圓弧板的焊接細(xì)節(jié)的疲勞壽命,對(duì)這兩個(gè)焊接細(xì)節(jié)的疲勞性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。2.建立ANSYS有限元模型計(jì)算帶過焊孔的焊接細(xì)節(jié)與在過焊孔處填半圓弧板的焊接細(xì)節(jié)的應(yīng)力,然后建立有限元模型計(jì)算這兩個(gè)焊接細(xì)節(jié)的焊址處的熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力。采用熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力法計(jì)算焊接細(xì)節(jié)的疲勞壽命,將熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力法的疲勞壽命評(píng)估結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。3.在計(jì)算帶過焊孔的焊接細(xì)節(jié)焊址處的熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力時(shí),進(jìn)行了影響熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力的參數(shù)分析,主要是對(duì)焊址附近的有限元模型網(wǎng)格劃分的精細(xì)程度、外推公式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出了一些有益的結(jié)論。4.對(duì)焊接細(xì)節(jié)的應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)的影響參數(shù)進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)今后帶過焊孔的焊接細(xì)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)與疲勞壽命的評(píng)估提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy and the urgent need of traffic, plus steel truss beam can be used in a variety of bridges, more and more steel truss bridges have been built under repeated alternating loads. The fatigue problem of steel bridge is becoming more and more obvious, and it has become one of the hot issues studied by domestic and foreign scholars. Steel truss bridge is one of the main forms of large and medium span steel bridge. However, the research on fatigue of some welding details is not enough, so the fatigue accident of steel truss bridge is reviewed. The fatigue life of steel truss bridge web rod welding details is calculated by hot spot stress method, which can be divided into the following aspects:. 1. The theory of fatigue life evaluation of steel bridge and the geometric design of experimental specimens are introduced. The welding details with overwelded holes and the fatigue life of semi-circular arc plates filled with over-welded holes are obtained through fatigue experiments. The fatigue properties of the two welding details are compared and analyzed. 2. The ANSYS finite element model is established to calculate the stress between the welding details with the overwelded holes and the welding details of the semi-circular arc plate filled in the over-welded holes. Then the finite element model is established to calculate the hot spot stress at the welding site of the two welding details, and the fatigue life of the welding detail is calculated by the hot spot stress method. The fatigue life evaluation results of the hot spot stress method are compared with the experimental results. 3. The parameters affecting the hot spot stress are analyzed in the calculation of the hot spot stress in the welding detail welding site with overwelded holes. It is mainly about the fine degree of mesh division of the finite element model near the welding site and the extrapolation formula. Some useful conclusions are drawn. 4. The influence parameters of stress concentration factor of welding detail are studied. It provides some reference value for the design of welding details and the evaluation of fatigue life with overwelded holes in the future.
