【摘要】:連續(xù)鋼箱梁由于具有跨徑大、美觀、工期短等優(yōu)點而在城市橋梁建設中被逐步推廣應用,其中,在復雜環(huán)境及工況下的鋼箱梁吊裝及安全控制遂成為當前橋梁施工的重要問題。結合工程實際,主要介紹了通過施加配重、吊耳位置優(yōu)化、BIM施工模擬等技術措施,解決了位于220k V高壓走廊保護區(qū)內(nèi)的大型鋼箱梁吊裝問題,為今后復雜環(huán)境下進行鋼箱梁起重吊裝作業(yè)的安全技術管理積累了經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Because of the large span continuous steel box girder, appearance, shorter duration and bridges in the city building is gradually popularized, which, in a complex environment and working conditions of lifting steel box girder and safety control has become an important problem in current bridge construction. Combined with the engineering practice, are introduced by the counterweight lifting lug position optimization. BIM construction simulation and other technical measures to solve in 220K V high voltage corridor protection zone of large steel box girder lifting problem for complex environment of safety technology management of lifting steel box girder hoisting work has accumulated experience.
