【摘要】：近年來，全國的交通安全形勢日益嚴峻，交通事故中人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失慘重，因交通事故造成的死亡人數(shù)占各種事故的90%以上，遠超其他事故和災害造成的傷亡總和。雖然全世界范圍內無論發(fā)達國家亦或是發(fā)展中國家，都在從事故預防、駕駛員培訓中各個方面進行分析，并針對不同地方特點制定有針對性的法律法規(guī)，以及教育培訓方法等各類措施。但交通事故仍不斷給肇事者、受害者和家庭造成巨大傷害。 本文首先從全市駕駛員數(shù)量、發(fā)生主動事故駕駛員數(shù)量以及事故駕駛員的基本年齡、駕齡進行統(tǒng)計，對本市事故、駕駛員情況進行總體情況分析，印證經(jīng)驗性結論正確性。而后對發(fā)生事故駕駛員組成進行分類統(tǒng)計，縱向分析事故駕駛員常規(guī)特征。最終整合數(shù)據(jù)通過制圖、數(shù)據(jù)建模等方式發(fā)現(xiàn)本市事故和事故駕駛員特征。 通過對數(shù)據(jù)、模型進行研究，分析數(shù)據(jù)結論的成因后發(fā)現(xiàn)，駕駛員的駕駛經(jīng)驗不足、駕齡短、年齡變化或駕駛重點車輛等這些因素，在通常交通管理中被認為易造成交通事故，但從數(shù)據(jù)上分析發(fā)現(xiàn)這些因素并不是造成交通事故的主要原因。 對事故數(shù)據(jù)進一步挖潛，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)了引發(fā)事故的重點因素在于駕駛員駕駛時受到其他因素影響、超速駕駛等行為，，也發(fā)現(xiàn)了高速道路駕駛環(huán)境與一般道路駕駛環(huán)境明顯不同的特點。 通過研究為政策決定提供指導，和數(shù)據(jù)理論支持。改變傳統(tǒng)事故預防模式，對發(fā)生事故多的人群加強監(jiān)管力度，對易發(fā)生事故的情況進行重點教育。針對事故預防工作建立數(shù)據(jù)研判機制，完善事故預防體系，最終達到降低事故發(fā)生次數(shù)和減少對社會造成危害的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the traffic safety situation in China has become increasingly serious, with heavy casualties and property losses in traffic accidents. The death toll caused by traffic accidents accounts for more than 90% of all kinds of accidents. Far more than the total number of casualties caused by other accidents and disasters. Although all aspects of accident prevention and driver training are being analyzed worldwide in both developed and developing countries. According to the characteristics of different places, the author makes specific laws and regulations, education and training methods and other measures, but traffic accidents continue to cause great harm to the perpetrators, victims and families. This paper first from the number of drivers in the city, the number of active accident drivers and the basic age of accident drivers, driving age statistics, the city accident, driver situation analysis of the overall situation. Verify the correctness of empirical conclusions. Then the composition of drivers accident classification statistics, longitudinal analysis of the characteristics of accident drivers. Finally, the integration of data through cartography. Data modeling and other ways to find the city accident and accident driver characteristics. Through the study of data and model, after analyzing the causes of the data conclusion, it is found that the driver's driving experience is insufficient, driving age is short, age change or driving key vehicle and so on. In general traffic management is considered to be prone to traffic accidents, but from the analysis of data, it is found that these factors are not the main cause of traffic accidents. To further tap the accident data, we found that the key factors causing the accident are driver driving by other factors, speeding and other behaviors. The characteristics of high-speed road driving environment and general road driving environment are also found. Through the research to provide guidance for policy decisions and data theoretical support. Change the traditional accident prevention model and strengthen the supervision of people with more accidents. In order to reduce the number of accidents and to reduce the harm to the society, we should set up a data study mechanism for accident prevention, perfect the accident prevention system and achieve the goal of reducing the number of accidents and reducing the harm to the society.
