公路邊坡防護(hù)預(yù)制塊拱形骨架結(jié)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:邊坡防護(hù)作為高速公路工程的重要組成部分,防護(hù)形式多樣,,常見的邊坡防護(hù)骨架形式有傳統(tǒng)漿砌片石拱形、人字形、方格形等,不同防護(hù)形式對(duì)邊坡防護(hù)效果各有差異。本文以株洲市在建壟茶高速路段邊坡為工程背景,修建邊坡實(shí)體模型,探討了不同防護(hù)形式對(duì)公路邊坡防護(hù)的效果,研究的理論成果可為今后類似邊坡防護(hù)提供參考,具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。 本文針對(duì)公路邊坡防護(hù)不同類型,修建(漿砌片石拱形骨架、平縫預(yù)制塊拱形骨架、扣縫預(yù)制塊拱形骨架)三種邊坡實(shí)體模型,對(duì)邊坡實(shí)體模型進(jìn)行加載試驗(yàn),通過試驗(yàn)所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析了在邊坡頂部承受相同壓力作用下邊坡骨架關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)位應(yīng)力應(yīng)變以及位移變化規(guī)律,對(duì)比分析了不同邊坡防護(hù)骨架類型之間關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)位應(yīng)力應(yīng)變以及位移變化規(guī)律差異。其次,對(duì)在建壟茶高速公路路段邊坡(平縫預(yù)制塊拱形骨架)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè),分析邊坡沉降過程中的位移及應(yīng)力情況,結(jié)合室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)與室外監(jiān)測(cè),綜合分析不同防護(hù)骨架對(duì)邊坡防護(hù)效果。 通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)(漿砌片石拱形骨架、平縫預(yù)制塊拱形骨架、扣縫預(yù)制塊拱形骨架)隨著坡頂荷載的增加,三種方案沿橫、豎、斜方向應(yīng)變均有所增加。 根據(jù)三種方案實(shí)體模型試驗(yàn)可知,在加載與卸載過程中三種方案均存在明顯荷載效應(yīng),離坡頂越近,隨著荷載增加位移變化越大。 通過三種方案在加載過程中進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,其豎向應(yīng)變、斜向應(yīng)變、橫向應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律不同,拱形扣縫方案較其它方案優(yōu)越。 在對(duì)拱形平縫骨架防護(hù)模型現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析了其應(yīng)力與位移變化規(guī)律分析,由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工條件及天氣等變化情況復(fù)雜,相對(duì)室內(nèi)模型實(shí)驗(yàn)所測(cè)結(jié)果,具有一定差異,在實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)考慮施工條件及邊坡沉降發(fā)展過程受外界環(huán)境因素影響。
[Abstract]:As an important part of highway engineering , slope protection is diverse , the common slope protection framework is in the form of traditional mortar rubble arch , herringbone , square and so on . Different protection forms have different effects on slope protection . In this paper , the effect of different protection forms on highway slope protection is discussed . The theoretical results of the research can provide reference for slope protection in the future , and have certain theoretical significance and practical value . In the light of different types of slope protection , three solid models of slope solid model are constructed . The stress strain and displacement variation law of slope skeleton at the top of slope under the same pressure are analyzed . Through the analysis and discovery , the three schemes increased along the transverse , vertical and oblique directions with the increase of the slope load . According to the solid model tests of the three schemes , it can be seen that there are obvious load effects in the loading and unloading process , the closer the slope top is , the larger the displacement of the load increases . Through the comparative analysis of three schemes in loading process , the vertical strain , oblique strain and transverse strain change law are different , and the arch - shaped buckling scheme is superior to other schemes . The stress and displacement variation law of arched flat seam skeleton protection model is analyzed . Due to the complexity of site construction condition and weather and so on , the result of relative indoor model experiment is different . In practical design , the construction conditions and the development process of slope settlement should be considered affected by external environmental factors .
