【摘要】:刀盤(pán)是全斷面隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)(Tunnel boring machine,TBM)的關(guān)鍵部件,TBM刀盤(pán)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)直接關(guān)系掘進(jìn)效率和可靠性。刀盤(pán)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵是復(fù)雜巖石邊界下刀群布置設(shè)計(jì)與刀盤(pán)盤(pán)體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),二者相互耦合,相互影響。分析刀群與盤(pán)體支撐結(jié)構(gòu)之間空間位置耦合以及支撐結(jié)構(gòu)與刀盤(pán)強(qiáng)度剛度之間的非線性耦合關(guān)系,建立刀群與盤(pán)體支撐結(jié)構(gòu)耦合布置優(yōu)化模型,提出多子系統(tǒng)協(xié)同進(jìn)化的刀具適應(yīng)性布置與盤(pán)體結(jié)構(gòu)耦合設(shè)計(jì)方法。以引洮工程為例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:支撐筋初始安裝角與刀盤(pán)強(qiáng)度、剛度之間存在非線性函數(shù)關(guān)系,多子系統(tǒng)協(xié)同進(jìn)化方法求解出的刀群與支撐筋耦合布置方案的最大等效應(yīng)力、最大變形量、不平衡力矩、不平衡力、順次角度等指標(biāo)相比原方案降低了30%以上,以此證明提出的耦合優(yōu)化模型及其求解方法的可行性和有效性,可為T(mén)BM刀盤(pán)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的借鑒與方法支撐。
[Abstract]:Cutter head is the key component of Tunnel boring Machine (TBM). The design of TBM cutter head system is directly related to the tunneling efficiency and reliability. The key to the design of cutter head system is the design of cutter group arrangement under complex rock boundary and the structure design of cutter head body, which are coupled with each other. This paper analyzes the spatial coupling between cutter group and disk support structure, and the nonlinear coupling relationship between the support structure and the strength and stiffness of the cutter head, and establishes the optimization model of the coupling arrangement between the tool group and the disk support structure. The coupling design method of tool adaptive arrangement and disc structure for multi-subsystem co-evolution is proposed. The results show that the initial mounting angle and the strength of cutter head are obtained by the example of Tao diversion Project. There is a nonlinear function relationship between stiffness. The maximum equivalent stress, maximum deformation, unbalanced moment and unbalanced force are obtained by multi-subsystem co-evolution method. Compared with the original scheme, the sequential angle index is reduced by more than 30%, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed coupling optimization model and its solution method. It can provide some reference and method support for the design of TBM cutter head system.
