【摘要】:冷再生技術既經(jīng)濟又環(huán)保,符合當前我國可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方針,具有很大的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,勢必會在我國農(nóng)村公路的舊路養(yǎng)護和改造中得到廣泛的應用。在此情況下,研究農(nóng)村公路冷再生瀝青路面的結構設計指標及對無機結合料穩(wěn)定冷再生方案進行對比分析,推薦出再生方案,進而推薦出農(nóng)村公路冷再生路面的典型結構很有必要。 為了研究農(nóng)村公路瀝青路面設計指標,本文首先參考大量相關文獻,對我國農(nóng)村公路的典型結構和病害進行匯總分析,得出我們農(nóng)村公路的8種典型結構及坑槽、網(wǎng)裂等主要病害;然后,用ABAQUS對我國農(nóng)村公路典型結構進行力學分析,得出我國農(nóng)村公路的受力特點:瀝青層疲勞壽命小于累計當量軸次,基層底部疲勞壽命約有41.7%的小于累計當量軸次,路基頂面的豎向壓應變大于其容許壓應變,面層頂面的溫度應力部分大于其劈裂強度,基層頂面的溫度應力部分大于其劈裂強度,面層底面的綜合應力小于瀝青混合料的抗拉強度,基層底部的綜合應力部分大于其劈裂強度;最后,針對我國農(nóng)村公路的病害和受力特點提出我國農(nóng)村公路的設計指標:在《公路瀝青路面設計規(guī)范(征求意見稿)》提出的無機結合料層疲勞開裂、路基頂面的永久變形、瀝青層永久變形、瀝青面層低溫開裂的基礎上增加了基層低溫開裂、基層底部極限開裂指標。 在冷再生混合料的配合比設計研究方面,針對我國農(nóng)村公路冷再生混合料的性能要求,提出7d無側限抗壓強度、28d彎拉強度、60d抗壓回彈模量、溫縮系數(shù)、軟化系數(shù)、工程造價指標,并依據(jù)上述指標對12種配合比方案進行比選。對于水泥穩(wěn)定方案,推薦配合比為5:95;對于二灰穩(wěn)定方案,推薦配合比為5:12.5:82.5;對于水泥粉煤灰穩(wěn)定方案,推薦配合比為5:15:80;對于水泥石灰穩(wěn)定方案,推薦配合比為5:10:85。對各穩(wěn)定方案的推薦配合比進行對比,推薦出最佳穩(wěn)定方案為5:15:80的水泥粉煤灰穩(wěn)定方案。 最后推薦出菏澤地區(qū)農(nóng)村公路冷再生瀝青路面各穩(wěn)定方案的典型結構。
[Abstract]:Cold regeneration technology is not only economic and environmental protection, in line with the current strategic policy of sustainable development in China, has a great development advantage. It is bound to be widely used in the maintenance and reconstruction of old roads in rural areas in China. This paper studies the structural design index of cold recycled asphalt pavement of rural highway and makes a comparative analysis of the stable cold regeneration scheme of inorganic binder and recommends the regeneration scheme. Furthermore, it is necessary to recommend the typical structure of cold-regenerated road surface in rural areas. In order to study the design index of asphalt pavement of rural highway, this paper first refer to a large number of relevant documents, and analyze the typical structure and disease of rural highway in China. Eight typical structures of our rural highway and main diseases such as pothole and net crack are obtained. Then, the mechanical analysis of typical structure of rural highway in China is carried out with ABAQUS, and the mechanical characteristics of rural highway in China are obtained: the fatigue life of asphalt layer is less than accumulative equivalent axis. The fatigue life of the base bed is about 41.7% less than the cumulative equivalent axis, the vertical compressive strain of the top surface of the subgrade is greater than its allowable compressive strain, and the temperature stress of the top surface of the surface is larger than its splitting strength. The temperature stress of the top surface of the base is greater than its splitting strength, the comprehensive stress of the bottom of the surface is smaller than the tensile strength of the asphalt mixture, and the comprehensive stress of the base is larger than its splitting strength. Finally, according to the disease and mechanical characteristics of rural highway in China, the design index of rural highway in China is put forward: fatigue cracking of inorganic binder layer in "Design Code for Highway Asphalt pavement (draft for advice)". On the basis of the permanent deformation of the top surface of the subgrade, the permanent deformation of the asphalt layer and the low temperature cracking of the asphalt surface, the cracking index of the base temperature and the limit of the base base are increased. In the aspect of mix ratio design of cold recycled mixture, according to the performance requirements of cold recycled mixture in rural highway of our country, the unconfined compressive strength of 7 days and the flexural tensile strength of 28 days and the compressive resilience modulus of 60 days are put forward. Temperature shrinkage coefficient, softening coefficient, engineering cost index, and according to the above indexes, 12 mix ratio schemes are compared and selected. For cement stabilization scheme, the recommended mix ratio is 5: 95; For the lime-fly ash stabilization scheme, the recommended mix ratio is 5: 12.5: 82.5; For cement fly ash stabilization scheme, the recommended mix ratio is 5: 15: 80; For the cement lime stabilization scheme, the recommended mix ratio is 5: 10: 85. The recommended mix ratio of each stabilization plan is compared. It is recommended that the best stabilization scheme is the cement fly ash stabilization scheme of 5: 15: 80. Finally, the typical structure of each stabilization scheme of cold recycled asphalt pavement for rural highway in Heze area is recommended.
