【摘要】:電子不停車收費系統(tǒng)是國際上正努力開發(fā)并推廣普及的一種用于公路、大橋和隧道的電子自動收費系統(tǒng),是智能交通系統(tǒng)(ITS)中一個重要的研究領域和應用環(huán)節(jié)。其最大特點是不停車收費,即車輛可以以一定的速度通過收費口,無須在收費站前停車交費。ETC系統(tǒng)的應用對于預防交通阻塞起到了良好作用,,大大提高了收費站的通行能力,保證了高速公路的暢通性,降低油耗和車輛不必要的損耗,減少廢氣排放,達到了節(jié)約能源與保護環(huán)境的目的。 本文介紹了國內(nèi)外不停車收費系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,研究了兩片式不停車收費系統(tǒng),對其關鍵技術進行了論述。兩片式不停車收費系統(tǒng)車載單元分為車載標簽與雙界面CPU,具有不停車收費和停車收費兩種工作方式,用車載電子標簽與雙界面CPU卡以不停車方式通過ETC車道,或以停車人工付費的方式通過MTC車道,實現(xiàn)了人工收費與自動收費的結合。 本文結合陜西省高速公路實際情況,運用射頻識別技術原理,對我省不停車車道收費系統(tǒng)的框架進行了設計與實現(xiàn)。車道建設類型、車道軟件設計、技術方案和方案分析進行了詳細的描述,按照ETC車道設計了入口和出口操作流程。分析了ETC在我省的推廣方法,并進一步論述了ETC系統(tǒng)實際運行中所遇到的問題,以及解決辦法,為下一步研究打下基礎。本文的意義在于,所提出的方案能夠解決我省現(xiàn)有ETC系統(tǒng)發(fā)展所遇到的瓶頸,為高速公路收費系統(tǒng)的建設提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Electronic non-stop toll collection system is a kind of electronic automatic toll collection system for highway, bridge and tunnel which is being developed and popularized in the world. It is an important research field and application link in the Intelligent Transportation system (ITS). Its biggest characteristic is no stop charge, that is, the vehicle can pass through the toll port at a certain speed. The application of etc system, which does not need to stop in front of toll station, plays a good role in preventing traffic congestion, greatly improves the traffic capacity of toll station, and ensures the smooth running of expressway. Reducing fuel consumption and unnecessary loss of vehicles, reducing exhaust emissions, achieving the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection. In this paper, the current situation of non-stop toll system at home and abroad is introduced, and the two-chip non-stop toll system is studied. The key technology of the system is discussed in this paper. The on-board unit of the two-chip non-stop toll system is divided into vehicle label and dual interface CPU, which has two working modes: non-stop charge and parking charge. The combination of manual charge and automatic charge is realized by using the electronic tag and dual interface CPU card to pass through the ETC lane without stopping or through the MTC lane through the way of manual payment. Based on the actual situation of Shaanxi expressway and the principle of radio frequency identification (RFID), this paper designs and implements the framework of the toll collection system without stopping lane in our province, including the type of lane construction and the design of lane software. The technical scheme and scheme analysis are described in detail, the entrance and exit operation flow is designed according to the ETC driveway, and the popularization method of ETC in our province is analyzed. And further discussed the problems encountered in the actual operation of ETC system, as well as the solution, for the next step of the study. The significance of this paper lies in. The proposed scheme can solve the bottleneck encountered in the development of the existing ETC system in our province and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of expressway toll collection system.
