【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代我國高速公路開始大規(guī)模修建,90年代以后已建成的高速公路陸續(xù)進(jìn)入大、中修期,由于瀝青路面的設(shè)計壽命為15-20年,現(xiàn)在每年需要翻修的瀝青路面約占12%。由于我國目前還沒有完全掌握舊瀝青混合料的再生技術(shù),每年將達(dá)到220萬噸之多的舊瀝青混合料廢棄量,如能加以循環(huán)利用,將節(jié)省材料費用3億元以上,而且每年需要翻修的路面是以每年15%的速度增長的。因此,針對舊瀝青混合料再生技術(shù)的研究和開發(fā),已是大勢所趨。 論文對普通干線公路再生路面結(jié)構(gòu)及材料特性的研究,以日蘭高速公路再生結(jié)構(gòu)和材料作為研究對象,研究內(nèi)容如下： (1)針對路面再生混合料設(shè)計進(jìn)行研究,提出路面再生混合料配合比設(shè)計方法,進(jìn)而研究路面再生混合料的基本性能。 (2)針對設(shè)再生面層路面結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)特性和路面主導(dǎo)損壞及設(shè)計指標(biāo),并進(jìn)行軸載換算、確定其設(shè)計指標(biāo)的容許值,提出了設(shè)再生面層路面結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計方法及推薦組合。 (3)通過對再生面層施工技術(shù)與質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究,提出再生面層施工工藝、設(shè)備要求與質(zhì)量檢評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 (4)結(jié)合日蘭高速公路日照段瀝青路面大修工程試驗段,針對混合料配合比設(shè)計和路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合設(shè)計的研究結(jié)果,對再生面層試驗路設(shè)計與鋪筑進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對再生面層試驗路原材料、混合料、現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢測與分析。
[Abstract]:In 1980s, China began to large-scale construction of freeways since the 1990s have been completed freeway into a large, medium repair period, due to the design life of asphalt pavement 15-20 years. At present, about 12 asphalt pavements need to be renovated every year. Because our country has not fully mastered the regeneration technology of old asphalt mixture at present, it will reach 2.2 million tons of old asphalt mixture waste every year. If it can be recycled, the cost of materials will be saved more than 300 million yuan, and the pavement that needs to be renovated every year is increasing at the rate of 15% per year. Therefore, the research and development of the regeneration technology of old asphalt mixture is carried out. It is the trend of the times. In this paper, the structure and material characteristics of the recycled pavement of the general trunk highway are studied, and the regenerated structure and materials of the Rilan Expressway are taken as the research object. The contents of the research are as follows: 1) based on the research of pavement recycled mixture design, the design method of mixture ratio of pavement recycled mixture is put forward, and then the basic performance of pavement recycled mixture is studied. 2) aiming at the mechanical properties of pavement structure with regenerated surface and the leading damage of pavement and the design index, the allowable value of the design index is determined by the conversion of axle load. The design method and recommended combination of pavement structure with regenerated surface layer are put forward. 3) through the systematic research on the construction technology and quality control of the regenerated surface layer, the construction technology, equipment requirement and quality inspection and evaluation standard of the regenerated surface layer are put forward. Combined with the test section of Rizhao section of Rizhao section of Rizhao Expressway, the paper summarizes the design and construction of the test road of regenerated surface layer according to the research results of mixture mix design and pavement structure combination design. And test and analysis of raw materials, mixture and construction quality of regenerated surface test road.
