【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國交通運輸業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,公路橋梁施工技術(shù)得到了長足的進步,與此同時,由于建設(shè)環(huán)境艱苦、施工工序復雜、施工管理難度大等諸多原因,使得公路橋梁施工過程中安全事故頻發(fā),往往造成嚴重的人員傷亡和經(jīng)濟損失。因此,有必要針對公路橋梁施工過程中的安全風險問題展開研究。本文在總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過分析論證,建立了基于網(wǎng)絡分析法的公路橋梁施工安全風險評價方法,并在案例分析中介紹了該方法的應用,文章的研究范圍涵蓋了以下三個方面。首先,依據(jù)全面性和系統(tǒng)性的原則,建立了基于WBS-RBS的公路橋梁施工安全風險識別方法,并在案例分析中運用該方法識別出了M高架橋各重要分項工程所蘊含的安全風險因素,根據(jù)識別出的安全風險因素,建立了安全風險評價的指標體系。然后,根據(jù)安全風險因素之間具有相互關(guān)聯(lián)、相互影響的特點,選取網(wǎng)絡分析法來建立施工安全風險評價模型,并將該模型運用到M高架橋工程實例中,使用決策軟件Super Decisions進行輔助運算,計算出了M高架橋旋挖成孔灌注樁工程中各安全風險因素的權(quán)重排序,確定了該分項工程的安全風險等級,通過專家分析,驗證了該模型的計算結(jié)果符合工程客觀實際。最后,在安全風險評價的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了基于PDCA循環(huán)的公路橋梁施工安全風險控制的思路與流程,給出了針對公路橋梁工程項目整體的策略性安全風險控制方法和針對分項工程的技術(shù)性安全風險控制方法,并將安全風險控制的流程與方法運用到M高架橋工程實例中,制定了可行有效的安全風險控制方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of transportation in China, highway and bridge construction technology has made great progress. At the same time, because of the construction environment is difficult, the construction process is complex, the construction management is difficult and so on. Make the highway bridge construction process safety accidents occur frequently, often causing serious casualties and economic losses. It is necessary to carry out research on the safety risk in the process of highway and bridge construction. This paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad, through the analysis and demonstration. Based on the network analysis method of highway bridge construction safety risk evaluation method is established, and the application of this method is introduced in the case analysis. The research scope of this paper covers the following three aspects. According to the principle of comprehensiveness and systematicness, the method of highway bridge construction safety risk identification based on WBS-RBS is established. And in the case analysis, the paper uses this method to identify the safety risk factors contained in the important sub-projects of M viaduct, and establishes the index system of safety risk evaluation according to the identified safety risk factors. According to the characteristics that the safety risk factors are interrelated and affect each other, the network analysis method is selected to establish the construction safety risk evaluation model, and the model is applied to the M viaduct engineering example. With the help of decision software Super Decisions, the weight order of safety risk factors in M viaduct is calculated. The safety risk grade of the sub-project is determined, and the calculation results of the model are verified by expert analysis. Finally, on the basis of safety risk evaluation, it is verified that the calculation results of the model are in line with the objective reality of the project. This paper introduces the thought and flow of highway bridge construction safety risk control based on PDCA cycle. The strategic safety risk control method for the whole highway and bridge project and the technical safety risk control method for the sub-project are given. The process and method of safety risk control are applied to the M viaduct project, and a feasible and effective safety risk control scheme is established.
