波形鋼腹板小箱梁結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及頂推施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:江西吉安深圳大橋跨越井吉鐵路干線,原設(shè)計跨徑50+40+40=130m PC簡支T梁,復(fù)測后發(fā)現(xiàn)原墩位正下方80m處有大量串珠式溶洞,為避開溶洞集中區(qū),,保護鐵路安全,并在鐵路規(guī)定的3小時運行間隙內(nèi)完成施工,將原設(shè)計跨徑改為61+8+61m,結(jié)構(gòu)選用波形鋼腹板組合小箱梁,施工方法采用分條分塊組拼、釣魚法輔助頂推施工新工藝。本文主要做以下幾點研究工作: (1)總結(jié)波形鋼腹板的結(jié)構(gòu)特性、設(shè)計理念;以國內(nèi)外實際工程,對波形鋼腹板PC組合橋與傳統(tǒng)PC梁橋進行經(jīng)濟性對比分析; (2)進一步分析波形鋼腹板梁橋現(xiàn)階段的施工方法;利用波形鋼腹板可用作頂推施工鋼導(dǎo)梁,又可作為箱梁成橋腹板,說明波形鋼腹板組合橋使用頂推法施工的優(yōu)越性;分析分條分塊組拼,不設(shè)臨時墩、用釣魚法工藝輔助頂推施工的可行性; (3)對臨時塔架施工階段穩(wěn)定性及屈曲性能進行分析,并與未采用臨時塔架及拉索拉力作用進行對比分析,以驗證臨時塔架結(jié)構(gòu)方案的有效性; (4)對頂推施工階段頂?shù)装寤炷翍?yīng)力、頂推施工過程波形鋼腹板剪應(yīng)力、施工階段撓度進行分析,以驗證本文所提新思路、新方法的可靠性; (5)對成橋運營階段的安全性能進行驗算和分析,以驗證此類跨徑等高波形鋼腹板組合連續(xù)梁橋的成橋運營安全性,為此類跨徑橋梁設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù); 江西吉安深圳大橋跨鐵路橋現(xiàn)正在按照波形鋼腹板小箱梁結(jié)構(gòu)、分條分塊組拼、釣魚法輔助頂推法進行工程設(shè)計及施工;通過本文對新結(jié)構(gòu)、新工藝的研究,也為類似橋梁的設(shè)計和施工提供理論支持及技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:Ji'an Shenzhen Bridge in Jiangxi Province is designed to span 50 4040130m PC simply supported T beam across the main line of Jingji Railway. After re-survey, it is found that there are a large number of beaded caverns at 80m below the original pier. In order to avoid the concentrated area of karst cave, to protect railway safety, and to complete the construction within 3 hours of running gap stipulated by railway, the original design span is changed to 61.8 61m.The structure is composed of small box girder with corrugated steel webs. The construction method is divided into strips and blocks, and the fishing method is used to assist the new technology of pushing construction. In this paper, the following research work is done: 1) summing up the structural characteristics and design concept of corrugated steel web, comparing and analyzing the economy of PC composite bridge with corrugated steel web and traditional PC beam bridge with the practical engineering at home and abroad; 2) further analyzing the construction method of corrugated steel web girder bridge at the present stage; The use of corrugated steel web plate can be used as steel guide beam for jacking construction, and can also be used as web plate for box girder bridge, which shows the superiority of using pushing method in construction of composite bridge with corrugated steel web plate. The feasibility of using fishing technique to assist pushing construction without temporary pier is analyzed. (3) the stability and buckling performance of temporary tower during construction are analyzed, and compared with that of temporary tower and cable tension, to verify the effectiveness of temporary tower structure. In order to verify the reliability of the new ideas and methods proposed in this paper, the concrete stress of the top and bottom slab, the shear stress of the corrugated steel web during the pushing construction process and the deflection during the construction phase are analyzed. 5) checking and analyzing the safety performance of the bridge in operation stage, in order to verify the operation safety of this kind of continuous girder bridge with steel webs, which provides the theoretical basis for the design of this kind of span bridge. The cross railway bridge of Ji'an Shenzhen Bridge in Jiangxi Province is being designed and constructed according to the small box girder structure of corrugated steel webs, which is divided into strips and blocks, and supported by phishing method. Through the study of new structure and new technology, this paper also provides theoretical support and technical reference for the design and construction of similar bridges.
